    There is a "sober" option in the tribes field that covers this, I think.

    I've seen other dating-focused apps that have way better features, some of which would be useful on Grindr.

    This would not be an effective measure. Any pic that would be displayed on a person's screen can just be screen-shotted and saved anyway.

    The only issue with this is that since Grindr allows people to put any kind of pic they want in their profile (not even of themselves) then people would all just put memes or any other miscellaneous pic up to bypass the restriction.

    Having an option to disable taps would be a good idea. Of course, the other users should know that you have taps disabled so that they wouldn't have the option then to tap you.

    This is the same as the feature request to add in profile fields for what type(s) a person is seeking. This is a good suggestion.

    I can't stress enough how important it is for Grindr to let us type more about ourselves in the profiles' "About Me" section. There's no reason whatsoever that we should be limited to such a small entry!!!

    This feature request needn't be taken seriously. Grindr can't been seen as facilitating illegal activity or they'd open themselves up to legal consequences.

    At present, the only way to log out of Grindr's service is to Force Stop the app. There is no option to Exit or Log Off. This presents a problem for a lot of people and needs to be addressed immediately ahead of other "new feature" requests.
