Loads of scambots and postitutes use this app.
They use screengrabs that are not them.

Stop charging ridiculous subscription fee
Nothing but druggie upon druggies. Probably have diseases you guys charge ridiculous fees, but how are you even protecting your customers health. you guys act like you guys are doing some kind of medical screening or putting things in place so that people aren't spreading their nasty diseases around so the people that don't pay for the subscriptions get limited on who they can talk to but for my experiences, you're just paying to talk to druggies. You need to check ID on people. There are teenagers on here all the time. All the time. Start asking for picture ID like twitter.

Grid repositions back at top after viewing profile
When scrolling through the grid and viewing a profile, after you go back it should position you where you were, but since the last update it goes back to the top of the grid

Mock location
but why did you prohibit the fictitious positions? what does privacy have to do with mock locations? I live in a big city and thanks to mock locations I met my ex boyfriends who otherwise I would never have chatted with since they didn't show up nearby. this is no longer a dating app but only to steal money. your subscription is ridiculously expensive! Do you understand that everyone is complaining?

The automatic refresh is extremely inconvenient
I am scrolling down and then the feed forces me to the top again. It's annoying to have to keep scrolling down back to where you were every 30 secs

With the new update the guys lost refresh automatically all the time and is soooo annoying. The refresh function as it was before was great.

Please add "Southeast Asian" among the list of Ethnicities. We are neither "South Asian" and "Asian" mostly refers to "East Asian" descent which we are not.

Verify account to reduce Ghosting and fake profiles
It appears Hosting and fake profile to solicit pictures and to raise user emotions before ghosting them is becoming more common than not.
Not only does this impact the mental health of users who are being ghosted, but it seriously impacts the user and makes them question their existence without our community.
Fake users are getting off on getting attention but never following through, nor ever going to meet, but lead the user on before blocking them 2 mins before meeting.There needs to be some facility within the app to verify the user, or a 'commit to meet' option…

In your Support Interface you ask for too many things. Some are not understandable for foreigners and seem unnecessary for many issues.

Group/Event meetup
If someone wants to plan a lgbtq event, or plan a group session there should be a way to spread the word amongst the community. Kind of like events in FB or something and you can display the event in your profile or post it in some new message board
