Remove the Say Something... widget
The new addition of the Say Something ... widget on a profile leads to a terrible user experience. The app is already barely performant on a non flagship phone. With the addition of this feature once you open a profile it immediately opens the keyboard lagging the application. The keyboard takes up the majority of the screen and you can't view the profile without closing the keyboard. There was already a button for chatting. This feature does nothing but cause the user extra work and gets in the way. Did anyone even try using the app before publishing this feature?

Yes, it's a complete nuisance.

I'm concerned that that portion of the app does cover much of what the individual is saying on their feed. And you can't read it or when you touch it and try to move it or anything like that the keyboard pops up and you see even less it's not necessary in fact it's redundant

The most useless item on yhe app. Blocks the bottom of the profile, and there's already a message button. What fool thought of that one???

Totally agree getting rid of this stupid, clumsy duplicated feature!
It takes up the already diminishing "Real Estate" on Grindr's screen.
What idiot thought this would be a useful feature? -

The latest version's "say something" pop-up takes up valuable screen real estate when viewing profiles (and even stays on if you tap on a pic!).
It's an unnecessary duplication, if I want to chat someone I simply go to the messaging box on their profile.
Whoever OK'd this feature should quit their job.
Please VOTE on this people, there's been enough bad ideas on features creeping into Grindr over the last few years!
