Bring back profile notes searching for Favorites
With the new "Favorites Filter" I can no longer search the profile notes for my favorites. This is an important feature - bring it back!

Bring back the previous favorites setting.
Roll back the latest update that changes how favorites are viewed. It is a huge pain to have to adjust my filters if I want to check to see if any of my favorited people are online. In the main grid I have offline and the faceless filtered out but some of my favorites don't have pics or are offline and I can no longer easily view those profiles without toggling filters.

App full of glitches and bugs
App is full of glitches! It pings & indicates someone tapped me, shows a red dot 🔴 on taps, but when you go to see, there is nothing! Same for messages!

Make the app actually work
Since the last update the app is worse than before. Extremely unresponsive. Messages being sent but not shown at all. Receiving 3 notifications for the same tap and no notifications for messages, or notifications after 3 minutes the message was sent. Taps appearing after 10 minutes. The current update on iphone has made it even less responsive than before with huge delays even when sending a simple message.

Dump the foreign bots
It is increasingly useless to even use the app because each time I login within seconds I get 5+ bots or foreign accounts claiming close proximity.
I understand that it would be incredibly difficult to try and keep them in check but I offer up two simple solutions. Since VPNs make it hard to accurately track a user location I would first see if their ip address location changes drastically from time to time then make them first pass a ‘r u human’ test the next time they want to send a message. Bring back favorites tab
Switching Favorites to a filter means that every time I want to look at my favorites, I have to add the Favorite filter to my search screen. If I have other filters on, I have to reset them in order to see profiles I’ve favorited that meet those filters, forcing me to reset all my filters just to look at my favorites. This is so annoying!

Bring back the favorites tab
Every time I press my favorites now as a filter it doesn’t load the profiles, I have to close and reopen the app and when eventually it shows my favorites, the profile pictures don’t appear. Thus it’s super buggy and very difficult to use

Showing people too far away
I wish that the app doesn’t show people far away within the grid…I keep seeing people that are over 60 miles away next to profiles that are only 1 mile away.

Showing profiles nearby that are 40+ miles away
Randomly, peppered throughout my "nearby" feed are profiles that are, in fact, NOT nearby....by any stretch. There are regularly profiles that are 40+ miles away, right next to profiles that are 3 miles away, 10 miles away, some that are less than 1 mile away.

HATE THE NEW FAVORITES LAYOUT!
I hate the new favorites layout there was nothing wrong with the old one. The new favorites layout makes me not want to use the app you can’t even see people’s distances anymore ! BRING THE OLD ONE BACK ASAP!

Hide is unnecessary
As a user I do not want to be able to "hide" AND "block" profiles. I either don't want profiles to be accessible and them.having access toy profile (ergo: block them) or I can tolerate their presence. The ability to hide certain profiles (e.g. who did not show interest in me and whom I am not interested in) instead of blocking them is unnecessary, since I am able to unblock them at any given time. The disability to block them and just being able to hide them is redundant and at the moment not even functional.

Issue with the placement of “Right Now” button
I find the placement of the “right now” button (the little bubble on the lower right corner) is extremely annoying. There were many times I accidentally activated this feature while scrolling.
Please have an option for anyone, who doesn’t need this feature, to disable that button please.32 votes -
Maybe don’t try to charge for every single thing like you are right now?
So your master plan in improving this app is to restrict just about every single feature so people are forced to pay for Xtra? This is how you drive people AWAY from your app, not towards it. It’s literally becoming as gimmicky as Tinder now. If I get banned for this, that proves you’re willingly ignorant of how to deal with your client base and only want money until it runs out to your shock and horror.

Update screwup
Every update makes this app worse. Today’s update erased all my favourites notes. Thanks idiots!!
When you send a pic in a DM now, and then go back to the grid, when you return to the DM the photos are gone. When you send a message it briefly shows like the message has been received. Getting notification sounds but no messages. The list goes on. What a fuckup!!!!456 votes -

Bring back the favourites tab
Bring back the favourites tab I want too see my favs as I used to. Now they are a filter and hard to track. Fix this back to how it was it’s made the app not as good to use anymore.

Favorites search/notes bar
The move on the favorite tab made things insanely difficult for everyone. Its impossible to search and find a specific favorite person now because the notes bar is gone. With the word/notes search bar that was in the favorites tab it was better and easier to find a favorite that you have. Please bring that back
This is a crucial fix. The favorites tab needs to be brought back but especially the search/notes bar. It was easier to find a specific favorite chat/person when there was a word you couple type in to locate them.

Right Now Feature Button.
Hello I unfortunately have pressed the “Right Now” feature 3 different occasions unwillingly & I do like the feature but I think it should be removed from the Grindr grid when searching who is nearby. I have an iPhone SE so this screen is very small & I click things by accident a lot
