2. Make "Online Now" free feature again

   I already have to sit thru pop up ads, in app ads as U scroll and ads at the bottom of the page. So how greedy are ya Grindr to make money? Lol of all the free features Grindr took away, "Online now" needs to be free again. When ya live in an area where everyone in a 5 mile radius is off line and U can not search past 2 miles to find anybody and U are still bombarded by ads, ads, and more ads! ...Grindr sucks! are the words that come to mind but also it renders Your app useless and a blatant pay only app. I am sure the if "Online now" feature were free again Your patronage would not only go up, but your advertisers would benefit from increased traffic too. Just sayin. Cuz if Adam4Adam can do it, I mean come on Grindr step it up.

4. Block is no longer available

   The block option is no longer available and was replaced by the hide option. Blocking a user is an essential safety tool in Grindr that can protect us from violence and harassment. Disabling it put in risk the safety and privacy of Grindr users.

5. Favorite with notes search disappeared

   RESTORE FAVORITE NOTE SEARCHES - which mysteriously disappeared late day March 3, 2023.

   FIX FAVORITES WITH NOTES FILTER - don’t know if this is a new filter or existing, but IT DOES NOT WORK!

   Why removes fav note searches? If one has dozens of favorites and some of the notes are location based, what good are notes if you cannot identify the 20 that are in DC or Atlanta or Naples?

   And to have a filter that is at least supposed to weed out favorite profiles with notes from the rest, but doesn’t work at all is just adding insult to injury.

   C’mon. Don’t you test this stuff before you implement it into production? Or since it so abruptly went away, maybe something in code is broken. Here’s a second notice it isn’t working. Please address it!

7. Get rid of trans from Grindr. Real men only

   Please Grindr, remove all profiles from the app that are not biological men who are men. Trans, non-binary, "straight men" who look for "trans only"

   Grindr is for men. Real men. Not "cis" men, not "amab men". Just men who are men.

   It's unpleasant to see profiles spamming my grid when they're not real men or they're men into trans. It's got to go. They need their own app for their stuff.

   It's hurting the community of real men who pay to use this service.

9. Multiple accounts created by same person

   I’m being harassed by the same people using different profiles. This has been on going for about two years. Now it’s becoming completely annoying, I can’t trust anyone, and feel as if they may be personally stalking me whether out or my home residence. This has gotten completely out of hand.

11. UNLIMITED BLOCKING

    Give all users, premium or not, unlimited blocking. Sometime someone is harassing you and there nothing you can do because you ran out of free blocking. That most of time results in the members deleting his account. I know they can report but until you guys review it one already had to go to a lot of harassment.

12. Tap the Grindr symbol at the bottom to scroll back to the top near you

    April 29 2021 you updated Grindr. When this happened you remove the tap to scroll all the way back to the top. Now if I'm at the end of my near me I have to scroll manually back to the top. Please re-enable that feature.

    I have nothing aginst Trans people MTF or FTM but they have there own websites. They shouldn't be allowed to be on a gay mens website to many are signing up make the go to their own website and you can promote their website ads.

15. Sex Tracker?

    Can you add a feature that lets you track whom you sleep with? Like let you flag it on their profile and compile a list of whom and when for you. This would make it easy to contact them if you catch something, which makes everyone a whole lot safer.

17. Save the Unit System Choice

    When I log back in after logging out, my choice for unit system in settings has been reset. I use metric and it defaults back to imperial. There should be a way of saving this in a user's profile.

18. Ability to disable account and reenable account rather then deleting account

    When taking a break from Grindr all I can do is delete account. Would be great if I could just hide account for a while and just enable when I come back. I had a lot of drama restoring subscription last time I removed my account.

19. Please get rid of the AI

    I understand the desire for AI functionality. I’m not even telling you to delete it altogether. However, the feature feeds off my private information that I would like to be kept in between me and users I message. Yet it’s going to use my data to sell whatever back to me. I don’t want it and I opted out clearly. However every single time I open the app it gives me the choice to accept or decline. Probably 30 times by now. I’m tired of having to decline every time when I know if I accept, it’ll never pop up again. It feels as if I have no choice. If you keep this up, I’ll just delete the app and never use it again.
