Allow nude profile pics with paid subscription
The free app has to be G rated, but when you pay a monthly fee it should be M rated w/nude profile pics. BC in reality this is a GAY HOOKUP SEX SITE! Everyone usually shares the same X pics anyway

Grifters
Too many fake accounts are allowed to send messages from hundreds of miles away.
Allow a setting for no messages from X number of miles, or automatically flag accounts that send out 30 messages in 30 minutes, or flag accounts that get three blocks on the day they are created.

STOP CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING
Yall need to stop trying to charge for EVERYTHING. It's ridiculous that you guys try to make a profit out of EVERYTHING. It's frustrating that you limit the number of albums we can view that people literally send to us. It's annoying now that even the "fresh" page is limited to only 9 profiles and every other profile needs a payment to view. You guys used to limit the block feature too and try to charge us for it. MAJOR SECURITY RISK
Grindr Is a major security risk to the safeness of users and people within the community. Ever since I started using the app men have been using my images as their profile pictures to both sell drugs and suggest sexual activity. Sometimes catfishing young men and luring them to locations. I believe the only way the company can come together to solve this issue is to REQUIRE a MANDATORY security process for anyone using face picture images. These “no men” posts
As a gay user, I love that Grindr promotes a safe space for all… However, the amount of straight men on this app looking for “not men” is fckng ridiculous at this point. Please find a way for us to filter them, they really should be on they’re own app as they’re not gay but if you want to welcome them to our safe space please create a filter.

Too many women
Since when did Grindr become an app for straight men and women?? The whole point was that it was for gay men looking for other gay men. A large number of the “women” actually appear to be scams trying to steal your money or data, but that’s not the point. Get rid of all the women on the app for gay men. Less intrusive ads
Currently, the ads are very intrusive, which hinders a good browsing experience. If I compare Grindr with Scruff, Scruff is definitely better because it has a better user experience since its ads are located in a specific section.

Here's an idea....a list where u can keep track of your favorite chats. U can even call it "favorites" and put notes along with the favorite member.

Multi Block
Whoever runs this app continues to remove filters. So add one where we can multi select profiles and block a bunch at the same time. I block 15 to 20 profiles a day because I’m not interested in women.

Allow to block back
There should be allowance for users who have been blocked by someone the same privilege to block them back. As it is if someone blocks you they completely dissapear. It happens occasionally that I tee up a meeting, After agreeing on a time and place I then take about 1.5 hours getting dressed up and ready, the meeting time has come and gone, I log back in to find the user has blocked me, and I'm unable to block him back, which leaves the person who got blocked vunerable to this kind of behaviour from the same person again and…

Sexual orientation options/filters
I have notice recently an incredible amount of accounts of “straight men” and “dl men” seeking trans people as well as a lot of trans people in the app. If I have a free account I have a limited amount of choices already, and if from those choices almost 50% (if not more) are of people that have no interest in me or me in them at all, that leaves me with very little to choose from. Locked Photos Folder
Add an option for a folder with private photos that we can share with other profiles we choose with the ability to also unshare. It gets tiring sending multiple photos to every other person you talk to.

Needs ethnicity filter as originally designed
As of December 1 I stopped paying for Grindr. I noticed all these ads popping up and the app is decidedly worse without paying for it. However, I wont give them another cent and ignoring things that we want and things that help us as the app was originally designed to do. Believe it or not it was better when it first came out. I don’t see any improvements worth paying for especially removing the ethnicity filter, which is my single most important reason for deleting my subscription.

Noisy ads
Mute all ads!
I get it…free usage means ads. But that Evony ad echoes across the hills! I can’t always keep my sound off, and then my location is revealed to cock hounds in close range when I’m subtly checking my messages to confirm a railing appointment. The grunting men sound effects aren’t exactly subtle, either. Apply your commitment to discretion to your ads, and problem will be solved! …almost. Get rid of ads. You have restricted the number of profiles for non subscribers it’s almost exclusively a subscriber app now most normal people can’t afford

I'm sick and tired of having to fight with my phone to get out of ads on this piece of crap app. Esp that stupid booking ad. Its ridiculous. You pick or exit a profile or chat and theres at least 4 or 5 pop ups from ads you have to x and are still taken to the app store. Grindr you are a shell of your former glory.

UNLIMITED BLOCKING
Give all users, premium or not, unlimited blocking. Sometime someone is harassing you and there nothing you can do because you ran out of free blocking. That most of time results in the members deleting his account. I know they can report but until you guys review it one already had to go to a lot of harassment.

Grindr needs a revival... 2.0 Days werent nearly as BS as it is these days...
Read receipts for all users will allow for the app to become a lot more serious
