Why am I getting hit up by women on Grindr. I'm on Grindr for a reason. If I wanted to get hit up by women i'd be on a straight site.
Why am I getting hit up by women on Grindr? I'm on Grindr for a reason. And Grindr is expensive. So the last thing I want is for a woman (this includes trans) to be hitting me up. I don't care how you chose to resolve the issue. I just want them off. From what I can tell they're "working" girls anyway. Doesn't matter they shouldn't be allowed on Grindr.

Fake/spam profiles harming experience; need stricter verification and bans to protect user trust.
Repeated fake and irrelevant (women/heterosexual spam) profiles are appearing on the app, which is negatively affecting the real user experience.
Please take strict action such as permanent bans, better verification, and stronger filters. If this issue is not resolved, user trust and app usage will both decrease.2 votes -

The ads! If half the screen was ads and half grindr! Then i could see ads and stil chat! Now i close the app, and start again! Whit no ads!

Prevent AI images uploading
Uploading of AI generated or modified photos should be disallowed. Easy to detect via image metadata. More difficult for scammers and bots to upload such photo.

Disable taps option
We should have the option to disable taps. 99% of taps now are nothing but bots and scammers trying to get you off the site. Taps should be something that we have the option of disabling, and if someone tries to tap us, they should receive a message that says “this user has disabled tabs. Please message them directly.” This would cut down on a lot of the bots and the nonsense that have become way too prevalent on the app.

Paid demanding money
Can we have a seperate section for paid guys who demand money for sex? They clutter the app.

My grid is full of people that be stalking me and taking advantages of the real regular users and making sexual activity a truly chaos
Lately I feel a bunch of people is just creating and using the app as a personal tool to damage either people they had personal situations with or be against them... or the community in general. Or even to take advantage of LGTB+ focusing in their situation as "minority" are we really in Southern California 2026 like this?

Tiered access system
Unverified/fake accounts should be limited to basic use (like only 3 chats per day), while full features should be available only to verified users. This will reduce fake profiles and improve safety for real users.

Local only matching feature
Please add a feature where users only see profiles from their current location/city via GPS, auto-updating on location change. This improves safety, reduces fake/timepass profiles, and enables easy nearby meets without 10–15 km travel.

Hard to find which profile to unblock and to chat after unblocking
While using grindr, we're often forced to block or to mask the profile of many peoples. We can unblock them in the settings but, when we're used to block a large number of profiles, it's hard to find which one we want to unblock because we can't visualize the profiles that we blocked before unblocking them and profiles often changes pictures. The idea is to add a button that allows us to see the profile before unblocking it to make sure that we picked the good profile and also to chat directly with the profile after unblocking it because actually…

Why is it that you have to pay to use the incognito button you shouldn't have to pay for that nor to be able to unsend a photo or a message
You should have free access to the incognito feature.
There should a feature that can allow you to know if a friend,family members,ex partner able to follow you on the app other app have this feature it says in you contacts that way you can 🚫 them or use the Incognito feature.2 votes -
