low flat rate
ta know if you were to charge everyone a flat rate of just $5. per month, to access all the profiles on their grid, (extra and unlimited) you would make more money,wouldn't have as much spam, everyone would have access to more profiles, and the app would operate much smoother. without breaking anyone's budget...

Grindr these days runs so slow.
Grindr these days runs very slow. Sending message & updating of convo is so slow. Even after you read a message it still appears to be unread. Its not about my network because other apps run fast though and i have a high bandwidth. Please fix this bug. Thank you.

Revert Block Changes
The recent replacement of block with 'hide' is unacceptable. There are many good reasons to pre-emptively block someone, most importantly personal safety, but also just for general usability?? I frequently block people who I know I won't want to connect with to keep my grid clean and save us all time, but if I keep doing that eventually the app will become completely useless even though I pay for Xtra? That's idiotic. Also, social media apps are REQUIRED to have a block feature to be listed in the app store.

Guys who ghost and lead you along and carry on for ages and then just stop chatting
.say they'll hookup..don't. Basically the liars who need support because of their insecurities.

Don't cover your own features with adds for xtra
I know you want to push it, but seeing the banner covering key aspects of the app doesn't make me want to buy Xtra. It makes me want to stop using the app.

No service
It always says can't determine location but every fucking pop works all the time try send a msg just spins no connection but the it's basically a worthless app it's a fucking joke to be honest I've been complaining over a year with same shit service they don't fix but change the pop up adds daily never any problem with them showing up every fucking update makes it worse

Grindr hotups have become dangerous
To have the month and year added by authentic Grindr source, Added to your front profile.
This removes risk of those who setup fake profiles to draw vulnerable users to remote locations to beat them up. Its happened too many times in Christchurch NZ.

Report from the "Views" screen
Today I saw a user who was using my picture in the Views screen (Interest > Views)... We should be able to at least report users from that screen even if we don't pay.

Coding for distance is jacked up in Hawaii
I live in area code 96720, which is on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The app should display profiles located closest to me first, followed by those farther and farther away. Instead, it'll show the first couple of profiles closest to my location, then it'll populate a profile that's 200+ miles away, in Oahu, followed by the next closest profiles in my location, then it'll throw in another one or two profiles 200 miles away.
e.g.
Profile 1 - 1 mile away
Profile 2 - 1.2 miles away
Profile 3 - 206 miles away
Profile 4 - 1.3 miles away…2 votes -
