1. Usar el termino "versátil" en lugar de "inter"

   No sé si en otros países de habla hispana se usa la palabra "Inter" para referirse al inglés "vers", pero en España se usa "versátil".

2. I can't see messages

   Recently, with the introduction of the larger and constant AD display on the BROWSE screen, it is nearly impossible to see messages sometimes.

   After typing and sending a message, the keyboard remains visible on the screen. Between the headers, the now ever-present "ads that respect your data keep Grindr free" box, the in-screen (non-fullscreen) ads and the keyboard, there is NO SPACE FOR THE MESSAGES TO APPEARS. (Well, at least on my Iphone 6!)

   1. Even after I send a message, if I do not hide the keyboard, when I receive a reply I can't see it. Unless I have begun typing, the keyboard should disappear by itself in this case.

   2. How to make the keyboard go away is a mystery to me. I should be able to swipe the keyboard out of view--but, maybe that's an iPhone issue. As it is, I have to (1) hit the " icon (saved phrases) and then (2) I can swipe that popup away and the keyboard disappears.

5. When I press enter on a Bluetooth keyboard it should send the message.

   Right now when I type something on my Bluetooth keyboard I have to reach over to my phone to press the send button which is an unnecessary extra step. Or at least creat the option of that behavior.

9. QR Code for people to find your profile

   QR code that links people you meet to your profile, or some sort of web address. For the paid accounts at least. I travel a lot and profiles change but hard to reconnect on the app if they started a new profile. Or I did. Even though we have each other’s contact info.

10. Ticketing status

    In your support interface portal, you guys have the ticket status as Open, Awaiting for response and Solved which is fine.

    But if I I report a software bug, there will some conversation in the ticket and finally it will be escalated to QA team and the ticket status will be in Solved status but this is wrong as this is not yet solved also if it's solved and unable to add comment though it's escalated.

    I'm unable to track the bug tickets and check if it's resolved or not so I request if the ticket is moved to QA team please change the status of ticket to be backlog or software change or something like that also when you need to some information from the user side, move the ticket status to be Awaiting for response so we can track and report. Hope you guys understand and change this.

15. Suspend spammers and prevent them from sending short listed message

    The idea is to either reduce profiles that belongs to spammers or temporary suspend them from sending messages (6h/12h/24h etc.). The amount of people who uses Grindr app can not be extended in exchange for 9/10 of them are spammers…

    Most users are probably atheists or where not, are most definitely not Christian fundamentalists taking the thing literally. I therefore am surprised and affronted that you accept bible advertising at all, but given you do, that you have not moderated the advertisement's language. "God needs you to have a bible on your phone"???? FFS! Can't you force those turkeys to alter their language to something like "Ever been interested in the bible? Get one on your phone". I would appreciate that. The bible traditionally does not like masturbators and fornicators so I am puzzled why you accept their money except as a cynical exercise, but it sure alters the tone of your site for the worse.
