  1. More tribes and tags for femmes

    As a crossdresser I feel that I'm not able to accurately represent myself with the current tags and tribe options. The G section of the LGBTQ community have several subsections of the spectrum to choose to represent themselves whereas the only option for the broad community of non cis males justbhas the trans tribe. Just because some of us like to present as femme sometimes doesn't mean we're transgendered. We don't even get a tag option for Crossdresser, just femme and lingerie.     I hate snakes more than I hate the ads on this site. The ads aren't bad but the way they function is horrible. Worst idea yall have had. The tiktok snake is disgusting and makes me turn off grinder often. Gives me nightmares.

  3. COMPLETED PROFILE = ALL UPGRADES

    All current upgrades are universally free! However, the catch is, they are only accessible with an authentic, verified and completed profile. Without this, you have to pay $30+ an month to access the upgraded perks of grindr… Handles the blank profile creeps & cat-fishers all at once… Im tired of the quality issues…

    There is a favorites section, where we favorite the people we like, how about another section showing who has saved us a favorite. Think it would be a good ice breaker for chatting or just to see who is really interested. Thoughts?? Happy Grindr-ing !!

    Sick and tired of all the fake profiles, paying member and the site is unusable as its just people pretending to be someone they are not.

    Grindr needs to impose verified scheme like that of scruff.

    I think it would very useful to implement a feature in order to verify the identity of a Grindr User in order to ensure that the profile photos are not fake. For example let's consider this scenario.
    1) I have some face pics on my Grindr profile.
    2) I want to have something on my profile who demonstrates that my face pics are not fake.
    3) I use some tool that asks me to open my camera and to put my face on a frame in order to record data of my face.

    I would like to have a history of who I’ve tapped and/or an on-profile indication when was the last time I taped that person. I can see on a profile the last time that person tapped me; why not vice versa? Would help me not tap the same person over and over or too frequently.

    Android Auto. I can access many apps from Auto, why not Grindr??
    As I work in and drive to different areas I can use so many chat apps etc
    Why can't I see, or chat with, hot guys on my car screen using Grindr Auto?

  14. Photos getting approved

    I'm just wondering how Grindr approves user's photo? Is it by AI or it's done manually by staff?

    Sometimes the uploaded photos get processed very fast, the fastest I experienced before was within 2 mins or so. And now it's taking forever and sometimes it's taking so long that I have to delete it and use the photos that I already have in Grindr.

    Is there a possibility you can expedite the process? With the pandemic coming to an end already and things should slowly back to normal?

    Our private album is displayed for perennial and unlimited members. Even our old photos that we don't have are in their old chat history. But they have no right to hide and take our private photos. It is our personality. But Grindr lets them do that. I've been using Grindr for five years, but I just found out about this. So how many people have my photos now? . But even if we can't see our pictures, we can download them to their phones. They also have some nude photos.

    I personally think to limit the amount of guys that are getting put at risk by other guys who lie about their status, Grindr should make HIV statuses marked as verified in the same manner that the app’s algorithms check profile pictures to make sure they’re not inappropriate. If they’re negative or on prep the verification mark for their status could require reevaluations every 3-6 months so it accurate enough for users to make safer and smarter decisions with who they’re hooking up with.
