Get rid of fake profiles
Sick and tired of all the fake profiles, paying member and the site is unusable as its just people pretending to be someone they are not.
Grindr needs to impose verified scheme like that of scruff.

A small $2 monthly fee would do more than help pay for the ID verification. It would also help to reduce/eliminate the vast number of fake profiles.

An ID verification that requires people to present a valid government issued photo ID along with a picture of themself holding the ID to prove it is them I think should be a requirement for anybody using the app. The app as it is is almost completely unusable because of all the fake profiles. Adding a small $2 monthly fee for everyone using the free version should help cover the cost.

Noticing way more fake accounts. I feel like the verification process before granting access to a new account should require more as well as profile pictures. Even prior to posting a new photo, most approvals should not have been approved.
