Remove the possibility of taking a screenshot as there are many scammers using the app.

Not a feature request, just a suggested
Modify your ads! It seems like every time a button is pushed, an ad must play. Most people probably just watch for the arrows or "x" to show up - not watching the ad!
I get that you need to make money, but isn't costing you clients at this point? I now have an account with Jack'd.... far less ads.... and people, but it's better than sitting through unwanted ads over and over and over and over.....

Now we have to pay to filter chats. Wtf Grindr
How much more money do you need to suck out of peoples pockets to be satisfied? First you remove the search bar from chat and leave us with only unread, favourites, and online filters. Now you want me to pay to filter chats with people I’ve already talked to? This app is becoming more and more unusable, between the thousand women taking up 90% of profile space and the basic functions taken away and charging for them.

Photo screenshot protection
Expiring photos are impossible to screenshot but not other photos.. is my privacy only important if I pay for extra and send expiring photos or should everyone equally enjoy the same protection from screenshots?

When I tap the favorites bubble Grindr usually does not show the favorites I have or if it does, it doesn’t load the associated pictures
Using the new favorites tab it either doesn’t load any at all or after several attempts it loads them but does not show any pictures: they are all black blanks.

To many ads.. if they made the subscriptios cheaper then more people would sign up which would mean more revinue so they use less ads

256 character is a very small length for a profile

They keep withdrawing services
It used to be that one could see who viewed you. No more.
I have XTRA membership valid one year. Now they’ve added a new feature “For you” where I cannot often communicate with these people even though 2 km from my house.
Like WTF. They want you to spend $50 a month for unlimited to contact them.
It’s criminal to withdraw services after you’ve paid for them.

Less commercial, more solidarity. Not everyone has the money, but we all have the same basic desires
Grindr is increasingly commercial and less solidar by making users pay for important basic tools in the app.
Grindr used to be fun to use, and unfortunately isn’t that any longer.
If only wealthy people can use the app pleasantly, Grindr is no longer to be considered an app for everyone. At the end of the day that will make users leave or use Grindr a lot less.

Overload of ads
As of now, I’m not able to afford a subscription on Grindr, and because I’m not paying, the ads are just too much. Please give us a break! Do the Grindr gods think they will ad us into submission until we buy a subscription?! No. You’re going to start losing bodies if you keep up with the ad blitz.
BUT!!! Here’s my idea to better Grindr… chat rooms!

Inbox for favourites
There should be a section in your inbox separate from normal inbox reserved for favourites. (Currently used as "pinned") but in its own tab.

Restrict new accounts
I swear to god i block and report like 3 accounts per week and they just keep coming back, make creating new accounts harder for impersonators and scammers.

Refresh system
Whenever I refresh the app, the retry option appears. Is this a bug..? My internet speed is fine, and all other apps are working properly except for Grindr.

Photos auto scrolling.
When viewing a user if they have a photo it scrolls to the next photo immediately. Even if the next "photo" is a locked album icon. Please stop photos from scrolling
