Create separate Grindr platforms for meeting and adult content
Grindr should separate in-person connection from passive adult-content browsing.
The mobile app could remain primarily focused on meeting, chatting, dating, and finding people nearby. Separately, Grindr could create an age-gated adult website with Instagram-style profile feeds or creator pages where users can post explicit photos, videos, and updates.
A user’s app profile could optionally link to their Grindr web feed. People who only want to view someone’s content could visit the feed without messaging them, requesting albums, or implying that they want to meet.
This would create two clearer experiences:
Grindr App: meeting, chatting, dating, and real-time availability

Many people appear to use Grindr primarily to browse bodies, request albums, exchange pictures, or get visual stimulation, while other users are there specifically to meet someone in person. Because these intentions are mixed together in the same grid and inbox, people often initiate conversations that imply genuine interest even though they only want more pictures.

F off with the obnoxious, intrusive ads! I will never pay your exorbitant prices. Reduce the cost or get rid of the ads, or I'm done.
And the app doesn't work properly either. I'm not paying premium rates for an app that doesn't work properly. But trying to coerce people into paying with intrusive, obnoxious ads. Sort it out, or I'm gone. Then you won't get any ad revenue, nor membership revenue. Your code is crap. Worst app ever.

Too many trans ud
To show support to trans i dont have to see their nudes and too many of them, i come to grindr looking for dick not boobs and chick's. And most of them are fake, according to Google 3-4% of world's population identify themselves LGBTQ and 1% as transsexuals. Within that 1% only 17-20% are fully surgically belongs to that group. In US that would be 1 out of 100+ identified as trans and 1 out of 600+ for fully transformed (anatomically/surgically) so how is it possible to see 56 profiles out of 150, that make no sense. Let us turn off "insights"
The new "insights" portion of profiles is way too big and intrusive. Let us turn it off, especially for paid subscribers. User experience on the app is rapidly deteriorating, and this would be a good step.

So now Grindr takes user activity to determine high interest profile, stick them in For You, essentially limiting access to nearby individuals who could be a good match and moving them behind a paywall at Grindr’s own discretion. This and the insane subscription prices.

Feature Request: Strengthen Community Safety Through Enhanced Reporting, Fraud Prevention, and Law Enforcement Cooperation
I appreciate Grindr's efforts to improve user safety. However, in many regions, especially India, users continue to encounter serious criminal activity on the platform, including drug dealing, financial scams, impersonation, underage users, prostitution, trafficking, and other illegal activities.
As someone who has personally experienced financial scams through Grindr, I believe the platform can do much more to protect genuine users and restore confidence in the community.

Please include dedicated reporting options for:
Drug dealing or distribution
Financial scam / Fraud
Underage user
Human trafficking or exploitation

Urgent Feedback on User Safety, Impersonation, Illegal Activity, and Community Protection in Grindr (India/Kerala)
I have been a Grindr user for years, and I want to share this feedback because I genuinely care about the platform and the LGBTQ+ community.
I once met someone through Grindr who helped me build my career, and I used to proudly tell people that I met him on this platform. Today, I no longer feel comfortable admitting that I use Grindr. The app has become increasingly unsafe, especially in Kerala, India.
