4. No contar con servicio al cliente

   Si la vi 'Y esta es la que comenta de que siendo a veces acosado por una persona le contestas Te reporta Y a ti te dicen que infligiste las reglas de la comunidad cuando en realidad quién reporta es quien te acosa y cuando no reporta a esos tipos de personas no las cortan o si las bloquean aparecen en unas cuantas horas no así cuando me pasa a mí que pasaron meses sin poder entrar por una acusación falsa y los reportajes que yo hago sobre gente que vende sexo y todo no les hacen caso porque no tienen la opción de poner imagen en las quejas y te piden chats anteriores cuando no hay espacio para ellos o simplemente pasó en una ofensa de un chat No entiendo esa parte y precisamente por eso pedía atención al cliente porque no puedes hablar con nadie más que como ahorita no te puedes defender ni explicar lo que realmente pasó

6. Repair the new update

   Everytime I click on a user that I can see a profile photo of . The app pulls them up as a blank photo with no pictures. I’ve checked wifi, my 5G service. I just downloaded the app on a iPhone 14 so my equipment is good. This update is BAD!

8. CHANGE FORMAT

   ABSOLUTELY HATEEE THIS FORMAT!!! Why ya always trying to fix things that are not a issue? Focus on the things people actually dont like about this app and work on that! This new format sucks! It’s harder to find guys and be found yourself. Profile views don’t get to the hundreds like it use to before which means my page isn’t getting pushed out. Also hate that you have to pay to see majority of the guys on here. It defeats the whole purpose of the app

    How about instead of focusing on making changes all the time and working out how you can milk more $$ out of us by taking things away you fix the fucking app so it works properly, for a couple of months now there have been ongoing issues trying to refresh a blank screen so we can view our who viewed, the fresh screen and even our favourites screen it won’t work, constant we are unable to find. Your location msg’s, and now not loading pics on somebodies profile or showing a dog pic in grid to profile, and these are just to name a few problems. For $40 or $80 per month it’s not too much to expect an app that consistently works and bugs fixed within a timely manner. You’re very quick to make little changes and options away to make more $$ from us HOW ABOUT YOU FIX IT FIRST then undertake lengthy tests before rolling it out to us.
    One more thing, we pay for an ad free app, that should include your own pop up ads. Considering the bugs, the bots, the scammer, baiter and alll that it’s barely worth $10 a month let alone $40 or $80. It’s very obvious many people have had enough look at the increase on other apps and sites. Get your shit together before soembody decided to team up with somebody else and create a better version on gridnr. It happened to gaydar and manhunt, it can happen to you too.

13. Do not require anyone to post their HIV status

    People should be allowed to post WHEN they were last tested without being required to indicate the results of the test. The emphasis should be on taking an HIV test, and there should be less value given to sharing the results of the HIV test. HIV test results are a very personal matter.

    Deleted are not staying deleted, photos are not uploading fast, seeing profile info is not smooth. Lots of glitches. Allow for fake gps for this who do not want to be found out of located through triangulation. Please
