1. Do not show someone else's location, if the person chooses to hide it's own location

   As a user of Grindr for a very long time, I want to address a privacy issue. If a user is willing to keep it's distance hidden from other users, then he should also not be able to see someone else's distance, even if the other person has kept their distance settings "turned on". This results in enhanced privacy and trust building.

   Go back to grassroots grindr. It’s too money making. You need even more money to meet the same amount of guys you once did- even after paying for the expensive subscription. There is a lot less contact than there was.

5. Block out or filter profiles with no photos

   I keep getting profiles with no photos at all or proper filled in profiles, it's not good or helpful when your trying to see who is interested in you, why can't you just have a setting to block out profiles with no photos or profiles not filled in.

   There are too many fake profiles like that so it would help your users quite a lot.

Give me a break this is one is blatantly obvious that you either don't care or that you are directly involved. I think you are directly involved. You have all these Trans profiles that are totally fake. And the more you block/hide them the more it attracts to your profile and it's completely inappropriate for grindr to be used as a platform for them anyway it's not what gay and bi men are looking for. And it's not good for them either. Do you think it makes them feel good that 90% of the real profiles on here are not interested in them and don't want them on grindr? It's in everyone's best interest for them to have their own platform advertised toward them and men who are interested in them rather than tell the gay/bi community that we have to give up the platform that was designed and marketed for men looking for other men. Then there are the onlyfans.com jackasses. These guys many of whom advertise their only fans right in their profile which is clearly against your community standards who are so numerous and constant it's just maddening. No one is on grinder because they want to go to a different platform where the chat is not free in hopes that one of these again most likely fake guys will sleep with them in exchange for subscribing to their page. Do you know what the law calls that? The law calls it prostitution which is illegal in that way pretty much everywhere. Even in Nevada where it's legal its not legal like that. And that brings me to the conclusion of this lengthy rant that I doubt anyone will even read. That being grindr is doing all this why? Because the more people on the platform the more it's worth. You are bolstering your platform whith fake profiles and bots to make it seem bigger than it actually is. But bots and fake profiles don't pay subscriptions or buy merchandise or actually account for any real increase in value of the app in fact they devalue it because because it's annoying to your actual customers and has potential legal ramifications. So if you were to go and try to sell the company you would actually be intentionally misleading any potential buyer as to what the company is worth and what they should pay for it which is absolutely illegal as well. Grinder can do as they want I don't care at this point but don't be insulting by saying that you take any of this seriously when you are at least 50% of the problem. They may be your community standards rules and guidelines and not laws persay but there are laws that require you to follow your own publicly posted standards.

14. List of shared locations, and unshare option, safety

    It is very easy to share locations with others, but to find back shared locations in every single chat and keep track of it all is a lot more hastle. Especially since (living) location can be such sensitive information. It would be great to have a list of all my shared locations and an option to unsend/delete those locations, somewhat similar to how albums work.

    Allow the chat button to be double clicked to scroll you to the top of the list. Sometimes I scroll down to find a chat and then have to scroll all the way back, it would be nice to just press a button to scroll to the top and reply to new messages.

19. Hitting a paywall, when I just want to report a Spam

    I know there's a paywall, I don't have to agree with the extent the ads go for but here's an idea: To promote people participating in reporting SPAM (which I do a lot) ads usually come in after clicking on someone's profile. You could add the report Spam button the chat list/long press options so It's less likely to hit a paywall when I'm just contributing by reporting a Spam. Would appriciate it.
