    “For you” sucks, hard. get rid of it. A great place to have people too old or fat for your preferences, 100+ miles away, who you cannot hide. And then sneak someone hot in you can’t contact even though you pay for Grindr, but you don’t even know if they are nearby anyway. And when there’s a nasty photo you just have to deal with it. This section interrupts the grid and is a terrible “feature” no one wants or asked for.

    This Grindr experience is pretty gated and strange. Not all of us have extra money to waste on your app. You would probably make more if your prices were less.     Can you please do something to prevent OF accounts recruiting new members on grindr? These profiles always have simular profile texts and use the same link to X and insta.
    For now I always mark them as scam.

    Please add facial verification I understand that there are DLs in our community but at least have them to upload a photo so that you guys see they are real person and then have them upload an ID beyond that point for and that goes for any user not DL or anyone in particular just have them uploaded ID because we have so many scammers out here I am currently being harassed by a guy who said that they were 21 and the messaging me saying that they are a minor and I have paid this guy over $400 settlement…

  15. Mandatory pic verification and id verification prior to being able to sign up for the app I have been being harassed by someone on the app

    This is needed because I know that I’m not the only one being harassed by these young people and a lot of times people on the app they don’t have face pics which makes it scary for me to watch a link up with him.     I feel it would be a simple fix on the app. Men who are only interested in men and men who are only interested in fem ta cd.

    It would go a long way to representing the new community inclusions while men who like men can have their field view of men.

    Currently, the ads are very intrusive, which hinders a good browsing experience. If I compare Grindr with Scruff, Scruff is definitely better because it has a better user experience since its ads are located in a specific section.

    My message timeline is filled with advertisements. No matter how many times I delete them, they just come right back. I currently have six different ads jumbling up my messages. Furthermore, the popup ads have gotten so aggressive that the app is almost unusable. If this continues, I will have to delete the app.
