  1. Change your business model to provide a good product vs subscription fees to make less annoying

    Worst app ever. After all these years, I hate it. And I use a lot of apps.

    Can you please replace the CEO or VP of Product Design with someone who wants to build a team whose goal is to make a good product vs a bad product that you have to pay subscription feels to make less annoying.

    Free = Bad UX.

  2. Ice emoji and meth usage

    Ban the use of slang for meth, like ice and ice cubes emoji. Drug usage shouldn't be promoted on any profile. What people do in private is one thing but these profiles are public.

    Spam is out of control it is ruining my experience an everyone want me to join them on social media and buy their only fans they are no where near me one guy admitted he was in buffalo. 50% of my board are no where near me you have destroyed the app

  7. Get Rid Of Stupid/Features Buttons, Ads & High Pricing

    Grindr has just gone to Abusive for me to use for the following reasons -
    ● Way Over Priced For Most Of Our Community
    These are broken or unnecessary added features-
    ● Why are profiles 1mile next to 58miles away ?
    ● Unnecessary/Useless features - On Bttm Menus
    • Interest Button & New Right Now Button
    ● Limiting number profiles one can view on free vers
    ● Why Don't Filters don't work to filter unwanted

  8. When scrolling/swiping horizontally, please don't go back to the grid view after blocking/hiding an account.

    With all the spammers and female-identfying folks on what has always been a male app, reverting to the grid view after each hide/block wastes so much time. Instead of going to the grid view, just show the next account like it normally would when scrolling/ swiping horizontally.

  10. The return button can’t be use as a send text button as well

    On other messaging apps you can use the return button as a send text button in addition to the function it already serves. I propose that a send text button/enter button be added in to the same button as the return button.

  14. Make uernames mandatory

    I get too many notifications saying. "Someone" says hi, "Someone" says how's it going? "Someone" says hey, "Someone" sent a picture.

    This isn't the same person sending messages. This is four different people all being described as "Someone." I find it really annoying and I find it hard to track down chats of who I am chatting with a week ago and trying to meet up with them if they don't have a unique username.

    It should say "Bob7272" says hi, "JammaKnight" says how's it going? "Gloryhole83" says hey, "chubchaser63637" sent a picture.

  16. Sexuality preference selector

    In the user's profile, we should be able to select "gay, straight, bi, etc." And then only be shown profiles of people who match what we're looking for, while also only showing up for those people. I'm a gay man, on a gay dating app, and I'm sick of getting messages from women. Make grindr gay again (trump is bad and gross, I'm just stealing his slogan)

    We should be able to list our positions in order of preference like some folks who use multiple pronouns. For example: if someone is a preferred top that will occasionally bottom, then they could choose “top/ vers” as their position. If they are a preferred side that would be open to bottoming, they could choose “side/ bottom”. This would give us more options to clearly define what we are looking for and what we are into.
