I hope you are doing well.
I have been a loyal Grindr user for more than 6 years, and I am experiencing a serious issue that I cannot resolve.
The app no longer works on my phone. I have already tried creating a new account, but it still does not work on the same device. However, when I use another phone, the app works normally. This makes me think that my device may have been blocked by mistake.

Bring back the classic 2008 grinder layout platform like grinder was when it first come out get rid of all the extras causing glitches we don't need all this extra sh*t that's what's causing all the glitches get rid of all that grindr, was better when it was a brand new app and your be able to lower the price back down and bring everything back that grinder had back then

If you want us to use hide instead of block make it work like block when I hide a profile, it returns the next day what is the point in that it's a wast of my time and everybody else's to hide a profile if I hide someone I want there profile gone for ever and not return pring back grinder the way it used to be when it first came out in 2008 it worked great and there was no glitches i loved it back then I hate it know the platform and layout sucks

Require face verification for private albums to prevent fake photos, identity theft, scams, and catfishing
Unverified private albums allow users to upload someone else's photos, leading to identity misuse, scams, and catfishing. Please add strict face verification for private albums so only verified users can create them. This would make Grindr much safer.

Due to safety concerns especially in countries where gay people are criminalize, a verification system should be added to help build trust among users. Before successfully uploading individual face pictures, Grindr does a real time live face verification to confirm the person uploading the pictures are infact uploading pictures of themselves. You'd be required to do a face verification after every 3 months to confirm you are still the one whose pictures are attached to the account. A star ratings tab should be added in the profile section where anyone who has linked up with a particular account can give their ratings of how their experience with the account was and it will be visible to the public, so that people can have an idea of what others experience of you was like and decide if they want to proceed. 1 star means bad experience and 5 star means excellent experience. I can understand everything is for business. But getting good business something also need to sacrifice. Requesting admin that membership programs are good.But many people can not afford many facility. So they stick to free grinder version. Kindly check what best can be done.

Show your starred profiles notes on the main page
When you write the note for your favorite/starred profiles, also put it on their tiles. That way when you have multiple favorites with blank profiles, you know which one is which without having to click on every one.
