2. Showing profiles nearby that are 40+ miles away

Randomly, peppered throughout my "nearby" feed are profiles that are, in fact, NOT nearby....by any stretch. There are regularly profiles that are 40+ miles away, right next to profiles that are 3 miles away, 10 miles away, some that are less than 1 mile away.

3. For You forces you to pay extra to message people who fit the profile you interact with

For You effectively profiles ‘your type,’ removes them from your grid, and forces you to upgrade to Unlimited in order to message them.

The feature doesn’t respect distance: even if they’re right next to you, with Xtra, you can’t message them if they appear in your For You.

This is beyond scummy and driving me to cancel my Xtra subscription.

4. Buying a used car from a private seller – how to verify their identity?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some quick advice regarding a private car sale. I found a used Honda Civic on Facebook Marketplace that looks like a great deal. The seller seems nice enough over messages, but he wants to meet up in a grocery store parking lot to finalize the deal and sign over the title. Since I’ll be handing over a substantial amount of cash, I want to make sure the name on the car's title actually matches the person I am handing the cash to. I have his full name and the city he claims to live in. What is the most reliable people search engine to quickly double-check someone's public record history for free?

5. Looking for a stable platform with a great sportsbook and instant deposits

Hey guys! I’m looking for a reliable platform that successfully combines a solid online casino with a comprehensive sportsbook. I’m mostly into football and tennis betting, but while waiting for matches to start, I love spinning some quick slots or playing a few rounds of blackjack. My current site requires separate balances for sports and casino, which is incredibly annoying and time-consuming to manage. I need a modern, all-in-one platform with a shared wallet, instant crypto deposits, and a smooth user interface. Any good, verified recommendations from personal experience?

11. Confirmation prompt on Right Now button

There should be a prompt that comes up whenever you click on right now to confirm that's the action you meant to do. Cuz I've accidentally clicked on it too many times, when I'm not looking for rn and am in a space where I shouldn't even be on grindr in that moment.

12. Maybe don’t try to charge for every single thing like you are right now?

So your master plan in improving this app is to restrict just about every single feature so people are forced to pay for Xtra? This is how you drive people AWAY from your app, not towards it. It’s literally becoming as gimmicky as Tinder now. If I get banned for this, that proves you’re willingly ignorant of how to deal with your client base and only want money until it runs out to your shock and horror.

13. Is Erectile Dysfunction Curable?

Yes, erectile dysfunction (ED) can often be treated successfully, but whether it can be completely cured depends on the underlying cause. Lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol, and managing stress may improve erectile function. Medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease should also be properly managed. Treatments such as prescription ED medicines may help when appropriate. If ED is persistent or worsening, consult a qualified healthcare professional to identify the cause and discuss the safest treatment options.

17. Review pricing

The pricing on your subscription tiers is far beyond what most people can reasonably afford. Xtra was already expensive, but the new Edge pricing is on another level entirely. How does $150 per month or $330 per quarter on sale, and $350 per month or $770 per quarter regular price, make sense?

    To put that into perspective:

    • Paying monthly comes out to $1,800 per year on sale or $4,200 per year at regular price.
    • Paying quarterly still totals $1,320 per year on sale or $3,080 per year at regular price.

For comparison, as of July 2nd, Grindr stock closed at $16.06. Someone could buy 100 shares of Grindr for life for $1,606 — which is still cheaper than one year of Edge at the “sale” monthly rate.

These prices exceed many people’s insurance premiums, car payments, and even some rent or mortgage costs. I doubt most Grindr employees could comfortably afford these subscription levels. With so many people struggling to keep a roof over their head, put gas in their car, and buy groceries, this pricing feels completely disconnected from real-world economic conditions.

Please reevaluate your pricing strategy. Your marketing and pricing teams need a reality check on what users can actually afford while maintaining company profitability. There should be a pricing level for Grindr to be highly successful while not gauging or taking loyal customers for granted. Additionally, making it more affordable may provide you the same level or greater levels of profitability by volume. Thank you for your consideration and time.
