7. Cheaper subscription fees

   As someone who has paid for unlimited, I have cancelled my subscription as the cost isn’t worth the quality of users in my area. Not to mention, since the upgrade, the app is glitchy and doesn’t work half the time. I will no longer continue to pay such excessive subscription fees for what we now get.

   Common Grindr it’s about time the option To search for chats are certain chats in particular via the name of keywords it’s about time this was brought back. It was a really handy feature especially if you didn’t favourite up in the chat. Quite frustrating now we have to constantly scroll to look for it and if you get a chat in the meantime, it puncture right back up to the top Which is really really really frustrating also no longer can you do group chats which is also really annoying.     The app is so glitchy! it takes a really long time to load messages. I message people I've already chatted to but don't realise because message history is blank for way too long! It takes a really long time to load my pictures and albums. Why does it take a full 10+ seconds just to send someone my album? Sometimes the nearby grid just doesn't update because it says it can't find my location, and yet every other app knows my location, and sometimes I'll be in exactly the same location and it just starts working again. Also often it sends duplicate messages or images. There's a big delay after sending the message before it shows up, sometimes minutes later! How are you meant to have a conversation like this?

    I know that Grindr has to make a profit, and that the business model revolves around encouraging subscriptions or serving ads.

    That's the thing, though. Your ad balance is way, way off. I shouldn't have to wait for 1:30 while an extremely loud ad plays, only to have it repeat a message later.

    You have two huge problems: firstly, the sheer quantity of ads is staggeringly out of proportion; secondly, the type of shockingly loud, long ads is not only annoying... it's potentially dangerous. After an ad shocked me with its volume, I developed a migraine.

    Seriously, Grindr. You can figure out a better system. Right now, your model is way out of balance.

    I know that you are trying to push users to transition from a free use account to one you need to pay for, but this FREE NOW advertisement is getting obsessively recurrent and it comes many and many times!
