F off with the obnoxious, intrusive ads! I will never pay your exorbitant prices. Reduce the cost or get rid of the ads, or I'm done.
And the app doesn't work properly either. I'm not paying premium rates for an app that doesn't work properly. But trying to coerce people into paying with intrusive, obnoxious ads. Sort it out, or I'm gone. Then you won't get any ad revenue, nor membership revenue. Your code is crap. Worst app ever.
Don't test me! I will leave and delete this garbage app.

Is there a MCW mobile portal
I am looking for a streamlined version of the site that does not consume a lot of data. I have a limited mobile plan and I dont want to waste it all on heavy web elements. Is there a light version of the dashboard available? I mostly want to play some simple card games and check my balance. What is the best way to access it without heavy downloads?

Hide is unnecessary
As a user I do not want to be able to "hide" AND "block" profiles. I either don't want profiles to be accessible and them.having access toy profile (ergo: block them) or I can tolerate their presence. The ability to hide certain profiles (e.g. who did not show interest in me and whom I am not interested in) instead of blocking them is unnecessary, since I am able to unblock them at any given time. The disability to block them and just being able to hide them is redundant and at the moment not even functional.

Too many trans ud
To show support to trans i dont have to see their nudes and too many of them, i come to grindr looking for dick not boobs and chick's. And most of them are fake, according to Google 3-4% of world's population identify themselves LGBTQ and 1% as transsexuals. Within that 1% only 17-20% are fully surgically belongs to that group. In US that would be 1 out of 100+ identified as trans and 1 out of 600+ for fully transformed (anatomically/surgically) so how is it possible to see 56 profiles out of 150, that make no sense. Create a new tag called ND - short for neurodivergent to capitalize growing the search trend. Merriam-Webster officially adds "neurodivergent" to the dictionary in 2025.

Include Roaming in UNLIMITED Plan!
Unlimited is already expensive, but the "Unlimited" plan is highly limited if I have to pay another $10 an hour just to roam! Either stop calling the plan "unlimited" or be true to your word and include it in the unlimited plan!

Stop Banning Legitimate Accounts
I’m a 66-year-old man traveling in Italy and my account was banned by an automated bot for “suspicious activity” - I verified my identity and proved I was real. Grindr support verified that I had “not violated any community guidelines”, yet, we’re on day 8 of me not being able to access my account, my date, my photos, my contacts, and Grindr is in violation of multiple regulations. Silence. Still shut out. And the scammers, just create new accounts and continue harassing those trying to make connections. I have a Grindr Xtra subscription valid until December 2026. Let us turn off "insights"
The new "insights" portion of profiles is way too big and intrusive. Let us turn it off, especially for paid subscribers. User experience on the app is rapidly deteriorating, and this would be a good step.

Je viens d’essayer d’ouvrir mon compte rekin13@hotmail.com et on me dit compte interdit, je ne comprends pas se que j’ai fais de mal pour avoir un compte interdit. Mon compte a été banni mais quand je veux faire une contestation on me dit « votre compte est en règle » j’ai même pris une photo.
Pouvez vous m’aider à débloquer la situation svp.
