Grindr app as a whole
This app is full of bots wanting me to subscribe to their OF page or telling me that they wanna be my daddy and pay my credit cards or give me an allowance. I get multiple a day. And why is the free version only give you 22 profiles to interact with?!? I was subscribed to the unlimited but at $44 per month for bots and ads to boot. Not to mention all the “females” on here. I thought that this was a Gay hookup app. No offense to anyone else’s preference but I’m just saying.

If you think that holding the usability for your app ransom as a means of trying to force subscriptions yall are fools. Straight up you're going to be an app of the past and go bankrupt with that as your main offering instead of simply building a quality product. Before you lie and suggest you "need add revenue" consider this. NOT ONE OF THE OTHER APPS MUST DO THIS TO MAKE THEIR ENDS MEET. Consistent notification for icon change
I’ve changed the icon for “Grindr”, but the app have to show me a pop up message every time I open this app with this message You’ve changed the icon for “Grindr”. This is very annoying and impacts the experience

Read receipts
Please fix the horrible horrible attempt at read receipts. It makes absolutely no sense that a person who is not even active on the app, has read my message. Read receipts and activity status are so so bad and inaccurate.

Too many ads and most users seem to be bots
App seems like mostly bots in my area app needs improvement which is why I’m rarely on there! If I wanted to chat n sext with ai bots it would be more enjoyable then ones on Grindr. One more like some better options for being discrete!?

Being able to contact anyone without having a subscription
You’re charging way too much for a subscription for one. And two I should be able to contact anyone without said subscription. This is ridiculous, an absurd amount of money.

Grinder you need to fix the distance it don't match up with Google maps
Grinder you need to fix your grindr distance it dont match up with Google maps a guy sent me his location and Grinder location says he 18 miles away and Google maps say he 34 miles away and I told him I would go over to his place and after I find out he is 34 miles away I told him I'm not coming know fix you Grinder location distance make it match Google maps I cancel meet up all the time because of your app not working right

Make the app less expensive
Absolutely unaffordable in my country. It's the price of a mini fridge. Was a good app before, but not worth paying if you can only see 6 or less people from your area. Please fix this, rather increase the restrictions on the filters as you had in the past and have more people instead...because at this point, it isn't a social dating platform.

There's to much to navigate. Alot of suggestions ads and buttons. Its overwhelming and not fun or interesting.

Remove For You feature
Just remove it. I have filters set so I see what i want. There is no obvious learning tech put into it because it is suggesting men completely the opposite of how my filters are set. There is no reason to show me profiles I dont want to see unless the intention is simply to annoy someone
