  1. only get notifications from accounts chats you’ve responded to

    it would be nice to be able to limit the number of notifications you get. having a setting that would only notify you of activity on chats you’ve engaged with would cut out a lot of noise

  2. NO CHASER TAG GRINDR BEING FATPHOBIC

    I have watched tag after tag be created for feet, toes,pee trans, stepstool,,pup,otter, but yet still no one has taken the suggestion of putting CHASER as a tag after being posted on this board for YEARS.What is the fatphobia surrounding this? Guys should be able to identify themselves as chaser and chub so people can be evenly matched. Every other platform has this tag as a standard except Grindr the biggest one....WHY?

  3. Bring back no favorites limit’s

    Please consider reversing the decision to put a limit on accounts you can favorite without having to purchase Grindr unlimited. Stripping your app of features and making them paid features when they originally were free is dumb and anti consumer.

    Here are some arguments for reinstalling the ethnicity filter:

    1. Freedom of Choice and Preference: Each individual has personal preferences when it comes to selecting a partner, and ethnicity can be one of those preferences, just as age, location, or interests might be. Reinstating the filter would respect users' freedom to express these preferences without needing to block or filter people out afterward.

    2. Voluntary Disclosure: Users have the option to disclose their ethnicity on their profile. If a user chooses to disclose their ethnicity, they are willingly sharing it as part of their identity. Others should have the right…

  5. Random profiles on the grid

    Why are random profiles placed next to you on the grid. You think they are very close but upon opening them they are very far away. Quite annoying. Show more profiles locally!!! The ads that pop up everywhere more than pay for the free accounts. Plus I do pay occasionally when I travel but may stop now because your recent changes are not for the better

  6. The aggressiveness of ads

    The aggressiveness of the ads needs to stop, or at least calm down. I don’t mind an ad every now and then but every 10secs is a bit much. The prices are too high to get the no-ad experience. I’m sure people are ditching the app because of this.

    The ads are ridiculous. They make the app almost non functional. It's clearly a tactic for people to pay excessive amounts for premium, a very poor tactic.

    CHASER IS STILL NOT A TAG AND IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THESE BOXES. BEFORE TRANS WAS ADDED CHASER WAS SUGGESTED FOR A TAG AND UP TO NOW AS A PAYING MEMBER IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN ADDED. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO ADD A CATEGORY A SIMPLE WORD?

    Ok Grindr we get it, you want us to quit the app and reopen it so it gets more hits. If you’re gonna try killing us with ads can you at least make them relevant to gay people? I’m so fucking tired of seeing women on every fucking ad. And no I will never buy a subscription because it is a total waste of money

  18. Grindr continues to reduce size of free grid

    You may have more dudes join XTRA by making free grid larger, not continue to make smaller & smaller. There's other shows in town these days. Grindr limiting people will just make them search elsewhere. Your tactic is blatantly selfish & greedy. Why any consumer would find that tactic appealing is beyond me.

  20. Stop force pushing ad messages after we have deleted it!!

    If I open and read an ad message from Grindr, such as the ad message for Monkeypox, LET ME DELETE THE AD!

    I’m constantly deleting ad messages from Grindr because they are resent after I delete them.

    LET US DELETE THEM ONCE AND BE DONE WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
