Equality
My profile pictures had 0 nudity and I had a moderator remove all of them. There's plenty of profiles that show nudes and nothing is done about any of them. Some of these profiles were reported and today they're still there. Grindr is nothing like Sniffles but at least they're FAIR to everyone.

Equality in profile pictures
I'm always finding super revealing pictures on other people's profiles. I don't think all the moderators approve the same quality of pictures. Some profiles can have super revealing pictures on their profile, while other profiles can only have mild pictures when it comes to body and nudity. So can we just have equality all across the board here??

Better Grindr Customer Support
Grindr should have better customer support. When users are banned, it should not take a long time for a support member to reach out to them and help them and they should handle ban issues quicker, a few hours at the most, but less than 1 day. Grindr support should tell the user why exactly they are being banned and proof as well. They should have valid reasoning for banning or suspending user accounts and explain exactly how they are violating Grindr community guidelines. Grindr support should have virtual chat support as well instead of just reaching out through emails.…

Sending unsanted unconsented dickpics or nudes is very normalised on Grindr. What if someone on the receiving end is under-age and they faked their age. Being on Grindr is no excuse for sexual harrassment. I think Grindr is accountable to make people accountable for their behaviour

Deleteing messages
Being able to delete all messages from a certain time period. Like a drop down that would allow you to select like older then a month week day or maybe just auto delete conversations older then a month with no current conversation

Need a safe space or Service Tribe within platform for non bot and non scam space in app to meet real people no dick pics zone
You have to grow with the reality that scammers are running easy predictable scams that anyone with a degree in english can flag and then an algorithm that can clean up a sizeable problem especially in the trans tribe space. Same scheme. Lets meet and first send me money. Your site is infested with the scam and i can only block so many before i want to leave the app entirely for its lack of concern for keeping the space non creepy. You guys allow a bunch of exposed asses but not my bulge? Its not even exposed, its just a fuckin bulge to make people wanna see more. But asses are ok! Naked butts are allowed but not a clothed bulge? Gosh, i hate your stupid "censorship" . So what i got a hard on. There should be an option to choose a version of a back up
It’s bad enough as it is that the “back up” button is big given that people back up because they constantly re-download grindr—meaning that when they redownload the app and go to that setting they would accidentally back up the current one and essentially delete a previous back up.
You should, instead, make it so that people can access a version of their back up with the specified time and date. instead of overriding the previous versions, it should just add on to them.

Why would you make gender uncustomizable?
Taking away people’s ability to explain their gender as they see it is a step backwards. I don’t know why y’all would decide to make this a feature in our current climate. Only explanation I can see is because of the huge number of cis men who use the section to joke about non binary genders, which is understandable. However, those transphobic people should not be the reason that trans people have confines placed on their identities.
Also- the category I would put this in is User Experience but that’s not an option.
