Better Grindr Customer Support
Grindr should have better customer support. When users are banned, it should not take a long time for a support member to reach out to them and help them and they should handle ban issues quicker, a few hours at the most, but less than 1 day. Grindr support should tell the user why exactly they are being banned and proof as well. They should have valid reasoning for banning or suspending user accounts and explain exactly how they are violating Grindr community guidelines. Grindr support should have virtual chat support as well instead of just reaching out through emails. They should work on their automated responses and not say the same thing to everybody, because that makes Grindr users think that support is not helping them and they are relying on bots to help them instead of a real person. Also, a Grindr user should never feel like they are being ignored by Grindr Support and there should always be a Grindr Support member available to help them and should not have them waiting a long time just to respond to their request for help emails or ban appeals. For bans that are not serious, Grindr should have like a limited ban like for 2 hours and the more serious bans should require submitting an appeal or reaching out to Grindr Support through email. Also, Grindr just needs stronger support, especially for banned users.

Hi Huss, I'm very sorry Grindr banned you as well. Just earlier this year, probably between January to June, it would usually take them less than 24 hours but no longer than 1 day to lift the ban on your account, but something has changed. It has never been this bad, and I think Grindr must have changed customer support personnel policies or something, because it has been over a month since I was last banned and I recently created two additional accounts and they've banned those as well less than 1 week and I paid for their subscription on all three accounts and they banned all of them. Something definitely has changed and not in a good way. They are not helping account users properly and I really think they are cheating and scamming users out of their money and that's illegal and they should be either sued or shut down for this, because that's not okay at all. Grindr definitely has a banning problem and they are not managing support correctly. They don't even tell you what you have done to violate their community guidelines and rules and don't show proof, so without proof they are falsely accusing you for no reason. I really hope Grindr support lifts the ban on your account. I am also still trying to have my bans lifted as well, but lately nothing has been working, the appeals have lately been all rejected. Such bad support they have for sure.

Hi I been banned for 8 days error 27 how long will that take? 10 years I had my account and never once I broke there guidelines
