Better Grindr Customer Support
Grindr should have better customer support. When users are banned, it should not take a long time for a support member to reach out to them and help them and they should handle ban issues quicker, a few hours at the most, but less than 1 day. Grindr support should tell the user why exactly they are being banned and proof as well. They should have valid reasoning for banning or suspending user accounts and explain exactly how they are violating Grindr community guidelines. Grindr support should have virtual chat support as well instead of just reaching out through emails. They should work on their automated responses and not say the same thing to everybody, because that makes Grindr users think that support is not helping them and they are relying on bots to help them instead of a real person. Also, a Grindr user should never feel like they are being ignored by Grindr Support and there should always be a Grindr Support member available to help them and should not have them waiting a long time just to respond to their request for help emails or ban appeals. For bans that are not serious, Grindr should have like a limited ban like for 2 hours and the more serious bans should require submitting an appeal or reaching out to Grindr Support through email. Also, Grindr just needs stronger support, especially for banned users.
