Removing from favorites
When we add someone in our favorites the only way to remove them from the favorites is to go on their profile and remove the star.
I think it would be useful to be able to remove someone from our favorites directly in the favorites section without having to go back on their profile (which they'd see).13 votes -
Add swipe between photos to Albums
On all profile pages you can swipe between the main photos left to right and you only use the left and right sides of the screen to scroll if you’ve clicked on a photo to “zoom” in. Sadly the same logic hasn’t been copied to the Albums and I’m forever trying to scroll through them with a swipe when inexplicably you can only get to the next photo if you click on the left or right side of each photo! Please make the album photos so that they swipe exactly as profile photos.

Add motel/hotel for places to meet because I can’t host but would be down to get a room! I’m losing out on good dick because I can’t host and even if I could I don’t know that I would host some of your users.

t's more social to have people post stories to give a glimpse about their being, yes i can see someone profile photo, but i want to post photos of things i like not my selfies. User profile is kind of a unique identiferdon't want to change my profile photo every time, but i want to have non permanent stories.

Remove Person From Grid
The app should allow me to remove a person from being visible on my grid. Without blocking the person I would like to remove me from seeing them on my grid for 24-48 hours.

Share Location with “Jitter”
When sharing location it is ridiculously easy to superimpose Grindr map over Google maps and derive the users address - from there someone like me can discover all sorts of info. Hell, I can discover you have a hot brother in-law - get his VIN from there license plate and from there track him via highway cam. (No joke).
Also a lot of people share location instead is just saying an intersection or neighborhood. So I propose when sharing location you have the option of adding distance jitter. Add x feet, Nearest intersection, 1/4 mile closer or further (line of…

Make the received pictures viewable by tapping
Please consider making it so that we don't have to see received pictures unless we want to. This feature would be like Instagram's photo sent in DM, you would have to tap it to see. It doesn't have to be a disappearing picture on Gridnr, meaning once you view it, it would still remain in the chat. But please consider making it so that one would have to tap the message to see the picture, like "Picture received. Tap to view." Back arrow! ****k it’s annoying!
PLEASE for the love of god fix the back arrow - you cant swipe back. Arrow is only way out. You have to hit the exact pinpoint of the arrow otherwise you enlarge the photo. Then have to reset it to get arrow back. Seriously. It’s ridiculous.

2 weeks ago another person verbally attacked me saying I was going to get what I deserved “you old fucking faggot”! Then he said “you’re a dead man”. He was 4 miles away and his profile header was J and he was 24 I think. I think he blocked me because he and the comments disappeared. So many bots lately!
I live in a small city (250k) - the amount of bots (all with the same downtown/obviously VPN set location) is absolutely wild. Every single one of them is (of certain not-gay-man identity) promoting their OnlyFans through twitter/x or Snapchat/telegram. I’ve been an unlimited subscriber for 3 years or so - Grindr DO BETTER!

Stop trying to force us to subscribe to Unlimited!
I’ve been an Xtra subscriber for almost 10 years and I feel offended by the features you’ve been taking away just to push us into Unlimited. Now the ability to talk to people in other locations is limited too? How come I can only talk to 5 people in Explore? And why does the age filter now require at least a 5-year gap between minimum and maximum age? We can’t even block anymore? And this new Favorites button is awful!

Bring back free taps – at least the ones of the last day. I wake up and see I got taps after I went offline – but I can't see them?!
You might make older taps unlockable by making me watch an ad or sth but don't hide them completely! They should stay unlocked when I watch an ad btw., don't hide them again 😉
