NO CHASER TAG GRINDR BEING FATPHOBIC
I have watched tag after tag be created for feet, toes,pee trans, stepstool,,pup,otter, but yet still no one has taken the suggestion of putting CHASER as a tag after being posted on this board for YEARS.What is the fatphobia surrounding this? Guys should be able to identify themselves as chaser and chub so people can be evenly matched. Every other platform has this tag as a standard except Grindr the biggest one....WHY?

Not having an ethnicity filter
I cant understand why Grindr keeps on ignoring a request for an ethnicity filter...all that you succeed in doing is annoying your clients. Bring back the ethnicity filter so we can find who we are looking for.

Selfie verification
Too many catfishes on this app. Literally every other modern dating app has selfie verification. It’s about time Grindr does the same. I would move over to Archer for their verification feature, but they don’t have enough users in my city yet.

There should be a way to restrict people that are Greater than a specified distance from me. So that we could block anyone That lives more than a Specified distance.this would prevent people that are Too far away from me from messaging me.

How about you stop making basic functions part of grindr xtra and stop being money grabbing a-holes
Message search, taps, filters, viewed me, explore, all of these features have been made increasingly redundant while the rest of your service has declined completely.
How about you fix all the broken shit before expecting people to spend money to get basic features. Honestly sometimes I open the app for a message and get hit with loads of ads before I can even load my inbox it’s ridiculous.
The only positive is if you carry on this way you’re going to kill this app and finally a decent one might come to take its place!

Add "chubby chaser" tags or better body type filtering
I'm a big guy. Obviously not everyone is into that but there are a lot of people who are, and currently it's impossible to actively seek them out because of how limited the body type filter and tags are.
There's a "chub" tag so why isn't there a "chubby chaser" one?
I'm not a gainer myself but I also don't know why there are tags for tentacles and bathwater kinks but literally nothing for the gaining/feeding fetish which is definitely more popular than bathwater(?!)Or add a "types I'm into" section in profiles like Scruff and other apps have so…

Tell us when a reported user is removed from the site
I've had far too many men older more than thrice my age ask me to whip it out as an opener, and call me a slur when they don't get what they want. Tell me when these sleazy creeps get off my queer sex space after I report them, we all deserve the comfort to know when it's safe to come back to the app.

Alert faceless profiles to send a picture in first message (if not preventing faceless profiles from messaging)
Hi there. Many of us prefer to have a peek at people’s faces before hooking up with them. The experience on the app is made infinitely less pleasurable when we are harassed by people who do not respect the NPNC signs.
Grindr already has a feature enabling users to filter out blank profiles. Can there be an identifying function that either requires blank profiles to send some form of media in their first message, to a user who has the requirement turned on? Give the option to block certain tags or genders.
It will make it easier to filter out certain people you don’t want to interact with. To each their own but not everyone is interested in dating a trans woman or a cis man. You won’t know until you check their profile which is a hassle if it’s so constant.

Theme and colour changes
Allow users to change themes and font styles. Request to add more line /words can be inserted in bio
Themes particularly dark mode would be fine and in chats the colours need to change critically as most of the emojis as yellowish they are not seen clearly now

Filter or tag by language/nationality
Let us tag or filter by nationalities or languages.
This would be a great way to meet people from our native countries or who speak languages we can more easily communicate. Adding our own nationality or language to our profile would be our choice and so would only be used by people who want to participate.

"Block back" Block a Blocker
This blocking process needs some clear thought.
When a user initiates a block he can unblock anytime he wants and view, contact, harass or otherwise stalk the user he previously blocked. Furthermore, the person being blocked loses the entire chat. We have a right to that data. It is a direct conversation and we are entitled to access.
At a minimum, blocked users should:
1. Have access to all the data passed between the concerned parties including but not limited to text, pics, gifs, memes etc.B. The user that got blocked should have the ability to block the user…
