    The subscription costs are just insane. According to this website you had 723,000 paying members in December 2021. Lets assume they are paying between £100 and £200 each a year. My suggestion is that you don't just cut the prices you slash them dramatically and you could have 11 million active monthly members paying you £1 each, every month for Xtra and lets say £3 a month for unlimited. You will make more money in the long run as more people will be willing and able to justify such prices but at £210 a year for the unlimited subsription it is just not something most people would A) be able to afford and B) think its worth more than a fraction of that for the extra features when hardly a day passes without something on the app not working as it should and after 10 years the app should be stable & actually work . The cost for boosts is just a disgrace at £8.99 for an hour. I hope nobody pays for that as its just pure greed

    couldn't agree more I always run out of space and by the time you have wasted half the box saying messages are not working properly so if no reply try again you can't fit much about me in the space left. id be happy with 500-1,000 characters and id increase the number of characters you can fit your headline/name info as well as I like to have my name with offline next to it as it often shows people online when they are not and people think you are ignoring them. basically the app hardly ever works after 10 years

    Personally I don't mind taps as it can be useful if someone is shy and don't message people first but wants to tell you they are interested but I agree with this many times I feel someone has tapped me by accident and some are polite and hold a conversation but its like getting blood out of a stone and others block or just ignore you & with the messages often failing too you don't even know if they got your message or if you got their reply. If the sender could retract the tap then you wouldn't waste time messaging them in the first place and you would either never know they sent one or know it was an accident when its removed

    I also don't like the way you have to hold the button down to get the 2 other options, I feel lots of people just hit the fire button and send a flame when they might mean to say hi and newer members probably don't even know there are 3 options available

    that said I don't really send taps myself as so many people are offended by them saying things like if you tap you will be blocked
