Mate, the guidelines you are shown when you sign in to a new account is the warning. The thousand and one buttons to report unconsensual behaviour is the warning. The "do you want NSFW pics?" Section is your third and final warning. Literally just follow the guidelines, they are not hard to follow, you don't need warnings when you violate the guidelines. It's strict because people just do not bother to try and actually change their behaviour, they just complain that they faced a consequence.
