Got banned
I am so worried about being banned to use your app as I had a bad experience that I got banned suddenly with a person. And I appealed for that case. However, I still lost my rights to use Grindr until I had a new phone. Also I lost my 7 month subscription fee. Your company seems very strict to it.
Anyway, I think the better idea to run your app is giving warning (one or two times) at least before the account is banned. Isn’t it fair for the clients to know the situation? At least give us the date of being banned. It is so rough to get banned all the sudden with any explanation although there is an appeal system. But it is too late to say at that moment.

My account got banned without any reason or acknowledgement. I am so devastated of kicking me out all the sudden without any reason. I wanna know hy. And I'll obey your rules and community regulations. Please let me back in.

Mate, the guidelines you are shown when you sign in to a new account is the warning. The thousand and one buttons to report unconsensual behaviour is the warning. The "do you want NSFW pics?" Section is your third and final warning. Literally just follow the guidelines, they are not hard to follow, you don't need warnings when you violate the guidelines. It's strict because people just do not bother to try and actually change their behaviour, they just complain that they faced a consequence.
