I was thinking something along this, t4t is filled with cis chasers. I wish there were a way to lock it to only being available if you have that "filter" (related: this would also work w ethnicity and preventing snow bunnies, while allowing poc to find each other)

nah i feel like it would be better if it was like man (both cis and trans), cis man and trans man. not really keen in seeing women, but woman (both cis and trans), cis woman and trans woman. then we have non binary/other which is whatever under the sun really- now THAT’S much better. idk if they’re even going to do that tho-

I totally agree that we need a filter, especially as more people of different sexual and gender identities start to use the app. However, I think it would also be good to be able to hide your own profile from those profiles you don’t want to see rather than just filtering out people from your grid.

They're not gonna do this. Oddly, they are a company interesting in profit yet that do things that make us not want to pay for the service.

Or kindly allow straight people to return to any other fucking app or dating community/service which exists… Except this one. Except the one made exclusively for gay men, seeing as they beat us and laugh at us in all the other ones made--not repurposed for--but made for straights and girls. These safe spaces continue to be safe for its intended user base. Grindr will fall like a black and yellow demon into the pit of inclusive hell, if it continues to shit all over its user base
