    I don't suggest having a button that will Mark someone as a flake. I think it would be a good idea to have a button for each person signifying an agreement that one person is coming to the other person's place. Upon arriving both people must press a button that verifies the person did not flake. It won't keep flakes from deleting their account and starting fresh all the time but it will show that people who do not flake have a better rating.
