The app has many fake profiles, Free verified badges would be an interesting feature to inhibit fake profiles.

Taps more than 3hours old are now hidden?!
What the hell? As if Grindr weren’t pretty shitty already (the free version), you have to go and make it worse? We can’t see taps more than 3 hours old, the grid doesn’t refresh on its own (if it loads at all), and you can’t even view a profile without getting an ad. You guys have just gotten greedy and it’s disgusting.

"Tribes I'm Into" preference profile field and "Tribes they're into" search filter for Nearby and Explore
Grindr desperately needs a profile field for which Tribes someone is interested in, and the option to filter your Nearby and Explore screen to people who are interested in certain Tribes. Nobody jumps on Grindr hoping they'll be ignored by someone uninterested in conversing, and those people don't hop on Grindr hoping dozens of people that they aren't interested in conversing with will reach out to them. The profile field, and the search filter will fix the frustration of many.

Agregar un filtro donde se pueda seleccionar los perfiles con redes sociales y poder elegir que redes sociales específicamente.
También me parece bien que se agrege un filtro inverso que envés de mostrar lo que escoges haga lo contrario.
Por ejemplo en el rol (pasivo versátil activo)

Profile filters for chat
Hi,
It would be very useful to implement filtering of the recieved messages/chat using the same filters as in profile feed. Reason for this is when travelling to a new location, tens to hundreds of incoming messages get recieved and filtering them by personal criteria would significantly save time and protect from being overwhelmed, i.e. spammed.
I hope you consider this suggestion. Good work team!

You must make the free version usable and popular again
I have used Grindr consistently for 15 years and paid for it for the past 10. In my opinion, nothing has ever compared to this app. That being said the tide is changing and I believe I understand why. I recently went back to the basic version of the app and I realize just how bad it is for these people trying to use it. Still waiting for a feature that allows you to make yourself invisible to people you aren't interested in.
I keep getting messages from men old enough to be my dad and 10+ years younger than me. I have my search filtered to look no more than 2 years younger and no more than 6 years older. This has been asked for many, many times. There needs to be at the very least a checkbox to make yourself visible to everybody you've filtered out of your search so people don't end up wasting their time on someone they don't have a chance with. Make Your App Work At A Basic Level
Blocking does not work. Reporting does nothing. Messages and taps don’t appear for minutes or hours, days after receiving the notification.
Since you ask for $40+/month, maybe you could make this app simply have normal, working functionality, like every other chat/messaging app on the planet. It can’t be that difficult to make messages actually appear, make blocking actually block the user you’d like to block, etc. Other apps do this successfully and never have any issues; maybe you could ask real developers how they build basic functions into an iOS app?

Highly advise yall to check you're app sotre reviews to see how crappie these up dates have been. Yall really dropped the ball and all levels of account holders from free to your most expensive plan seem to be having enormous problems with the app not functioning on all aspects. And I'm not saying all to be dramatic, I mean all, as in connecting, notifications, messages, who's online, how's saved, and others. These need to be fixed asap

Bring Back 6 month & 12 month subscriptions
I understand Grindr makes more money charging £34.99/month for ultimate than £129.99/6months, but £35 a month is disgustingly expensive. Adobe creative cloud costs less and it’s a full suite of professional software (that always works).
Bring back longer discounted subscriptions or PLEASE lower the price. Surely it’s ultimately better to have more people on board at a lower rate?

Contact-ability conditions
Since people refuse to read and refuse to to use their brain I'd like it if it were possible to set conditions on who can message or tap me. This could even be a premium feature.
For example, profiles may only contact me if:
They say "meet at my place"

add filter to show blocked profiles in grid
It would be good to have a filter to allow showing in the grid previously blocked profiles. Once a profile’s blocked is very difficult to find it at a later stage to unblock it.
