4. Hard to find which profile to unblock and to chat after unblocking

   While using grindr, we're often forced to block or to mask the profile of many peoples. We can unblock them in the settings but, when we're used to block a large number of profiles, it's hard to find which one we want to unblock because we can't visualize the profiles that we blocked before unblocking them and profiles often changes pictures. The idea is to add a button that allows us to see the profile before unblocking it to make sure that we picked the good profile and also to chat directly with the profile after unblocking it because actually when we unblock one, the profile just disappears in the app with the others.

   You should have free access to the incognito feature.

   Please add a face verification or blue tick feature for real users. Many users with genuine profile pictures are still seen as fake because there is no proper verification badge.     Grindr has been taken over by bots, and legitimate users report having their accounts banned and unable to restore access. This is not customer service. My paid subscription to Grindr Xtra is inaccessible to me now because a bot didn’t like that I was using Grindr while traveling.     I’m a 66-year-old man traveling in Italy and my account was banned by an automated bot for “suspicious activity” - I verified my identity and proved I was real. Grindr support verified that I had “not violated any community guidelines”, yet, we’re on day 8 of me not being able to access my account, my date, my photos, my contacts, and Grindr is in violation of multiple regulations.
