Chubby/Chaser Community
I’ve been using this app for various years now and I think I could say I have a fair understanding of how it works. I’ve noticed there’s not a lot of options when it comes to chubbier guys. There’s no “chub” or “chaser” tribe. Just things such as “bears” and “otters” is the closest we can get. Let’s be honest, being a bigger person in this app is already hard enough as it is. STOP CATFISH. ADD VERIFIED PICTURES
OKCupid and other services already have this feature implemented. With the absolutely rampant abuse of catfish on Grindr, why why why is this not already a feature? It should be a REQUIREMENT of creating a profile. Facial recognition on signup and you can't post any pictures that don't match the verified face. The pictures don't have to show a face but if they do the verified face needs to be on them.
YOU CAN STOP CATFISH TODAY. The tech is available. DO IT. DO IT NOW.

Reduce subscription cost

Need to add distance option to many are like over 100 miles away from me when im using nearby most i see is over 200 miles

I’ve heard Droid users can change the sound for notifications, those of us with iPhones can’t, wth?!

Remove auto refresh feature
Ever since the last update every time I click on a profile then go back, the screen automatically refreshes and jumps back to the top of the list. It's infuriating to navigate the app now and makes me want to delete it which would cause me to lose money I've already paid for the ultimate package.

Are the profiles I keep blocking, but return, just the fake profiles grindr makes?
Just wondering if grindr's fake profiles are the ones that won't stay blocked. We all know that half of the profiles are not real people. When we block them, could they stay blocked? It is pretty obvious with how fake they are. Almost as if our profiles tell grindr exactly what fake profiles we want to see. Please, for the love of god, just keep them blocked. The app is almost unusable the way it is now.

Grindr Free Restrictions Are out of control
Ok. The last thing you did was putting a barrier to fresh page and tying it to the Grindr extra. Now free users can only speak to first 6 people close to them on fresh page. Cool. We got it. But you’re so really desperate to make me switch to extra. You totally lost your minds and now not allowing me to block people who last viewed me. Wow. I think your messages should be able to have an option to be sorted by distance. Like if I don't wanna drive too far, who have I chatted with lately that's the closest to me.

Adding other music sharing options apart from Spotify
As a paying customer who loves Grindr, i would suggest having YouTube Music as another music option. I have Youtube Premium and like the ad free content and music that comes with that service whereas Spotify only serves music which tbh is weird because having ad free content and music on YouTube seems better imo then just music. Removal of fake profiles
