   If we're giving this app to trans people and the trans-only seekers, then can you please make us a new app for just gays, please? The grid is like completely full of straight guys and trans people. Cool they have a place now but I don't know why us gay people have to be pushed out. 4. App blocks or hides wrong profile

   I noticed recently the app will block/hide wrong profiles. Sometimes, I still see the profile I hide right after. When this happens, I go to my block/hide list. Then 100% times that the app hides the wrong profile. If I have talked to that person, then the profile will be blocked wrongly.

7. Grindr Xtra Sucks

11. Better account registration

    You need to have better registration for accounts. Someone i talked to to photos of our entire conversation, my photos sent, and used them to find me online and got my entire background information. He is currently trying to export me for money and I just left the police station. I cant report the account that did this to me because it no longer exists

    Accounts should have better age verification since i have been messaged by minors and had to report them, there is too much spam going on, I have seen an account where someone was looking for legal advice since they got arrested 2 hours after meeting up with a minor who lied about their age.

    Accounts shouldn't be able to be created and deleted multiple times a day or week, there should be a limit to how many yi.es an email address can be used to register for an account, and stricter requirements for creating an account to keep the community safer.

14. User Experience Decline Driven by Inadequate Spam Controls

    I am a paying customer, and the current user experience is being degraded by an excessive volume of fake and spam accounts. At this point, I spend more time blocking profiles than engaging with legitimate users. This is not an acceptable experience for a paid platform.

    The lack of effective spam detection and enforcement is a core failure. Existing controls are either insufficient or not being applied at a meaningful level. This directly undermines user trust and the perceived value of the subscription.

    There are also clear gaps in product functionality:

    • Filtering: Users need more precise filtering capabilities, including the ability to search by specific physical attributes (e.g., chest/pecs) rather than broad or vague categories.
    • Photos and albums: Profile photos are inconsistent in quality and often misleading. Stronger standards, improved album functionality, and optional verification would significantly improve credibility.
    • Profile tagging: Optional structured tags (e.g., interests, lifestyle, or values) would allow for more efficient and intentional matching.

    The current state of the platform feels cluttered, inefficient, and poorly moderated. For a paid service, this reflects a misalignment between cost and delivered value.

    Addressing spam control and improving filtering and profile quality should be treated as product priorities.

16. Filter out OnlyFans and Sugar Daddy bios

    So many bios are clearly indicative of bot accounts, containing essentially the same text. It seems like it would be so easy to vet these accounts. Many of them use the same pictures and create multiple similar profiles. Paying for this product is obnoxious when most of the taps I receive are from scam accounts.
