2. Everyone's distance on there profile should stay on thy should not be able to turn it off

   Everyone's distance on their profile should stay on there should be no option to turn it off guys need to be able to see how far they are to know if they want to make that drive to hook up before I even say yes I will come I want to know how far they are from me before I give an answer and it will save time I can see how far they are oh they're too far I'm not going to hit him up you can still tell how far they are anyways by hit on the profile next to there profile if they don't have their location on but ya everyone's location distance should be left on no option to turn it off

8. Mark as not mutually interested

   Isn’t it exhausting and time-consuming to text someone new only to realise you’ve spoken before and there was no mutual interest? Sometimes, Grinder can feel like a waste of valuable time and we end up not using it at all.

   Introducing an option to mark profiles that allow users to remember if there was no mutual interest could:

   • prevent users having to block one another; this was not the original purpose of the block feature.
   • prevent users having to store conversations to remember; conversations which are often lost, take up storage or cause the app to glitch.
   • prevent users wasting their time.
   • lead to more valuable conversations which could increase the overall value to users leading to more time on the app.
   • more time on the app also allows Grindr the opportunity to benefit commercially.
   • you could even make it a premium feature to generate more revenue (not that you should Grindr).

   If you’re ready to get your valuable time back as well as your dating app, then vote now!

9. Audience specific ads

   Given what Grindr is (an app for men and trans to find and meet other men and trans) I find it odd the amount of ads I’m served to meet hot women, download an all to build sexy anime girls or download a game to help an ugly girl be pretty so some straight guy acknowledges her.
   It seems a little deaf to the audience and lazy on the advertiser to not push the same product with a gay marketing narrative.
   I find it such a strange choice to allow these sexuality specific ads to exist in this place.
   Other game and entertainment ads are general enough that (while annoying) make sense for the audience.

15. This should be free already! Let us know when our messages are read that way we know and can tell they got it.

    So many times I have sent messages in the past some one said they did not get my message etc even though it says delivered and I send it again like twice, it would be great to know they seen it and also if I message someone and I see read I can wait for a response or if I don’t get one I know there not interested but I least I seen it was read and can move on.
