1. The fact that the app has difficulty sending my messages, but absolutely no trouble showing me ads

   You all should spend more on connectivity, and less on cramming as many ads down our throats.it frustrates me to no end, when I have to close it out, and retry sending, because instead of sending in the first place, the app decides that ads are more important?

2. Block feature will not remove blank profiles anymore. Used to block when i would block now it does not work.

3. Try practicing better customer service.

   Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in the same time trying to use the service to increase my options on who I may want to connect with. But I keep getting denied. I think it awfully cheap and dirty dealing of grinder to give a small amount of choices before you offer them the package that can't be bought that would allow them to increase their option by 600 profiles. I think you guys could afford to open the purse strings a little bit and to offer a few more choices than a simple 20 or 30 profiles constantly being repeated to choose from. I wish that someone from grinder would reach out to me to either solve my issue on obtaining the extra package that would allow me the 600 more profiles to choose from or offer more free profiles to choose from. I'm not even quite sure that I want to spend my money if you guys are going to be so cheap and can't see and not being fair to increase that visibility and not being able to obtain the package to resolve the issue. I mean why should i. It just shows this company is greedy out for the company only and doesn't appreciate the customers who want to buy more from Grindr but they won't let the finger to help you resolve an issue to you so. It is not very good customer service and I'm not quite sure I want to give my money to a a business who doesn't offer customer service first over everything else. I suggest you guys reevaluate either your package pricing or let go of the purse strings and give us a fair amount of profiles to choose from if we're unable to purchase an extended package. Thank you for your time reading this text. I hope that this issue can be resolved fairly.

6. Make a button for the “Albums” to do “Stop Sharing with All Users”

   Don’t you hate scrolling and clicking to “stop sharing album” and then you have a bunch of users marked off already and accidentally click above that menu pop up and the “stop sharing users” pop up goes away and need to start all over.
   So, Grindr admin we need a button that just “stops sharing with everyone” because it’s a privacy and security problem too.

   Yet again grindr aka the worst fucking app of all time ignores it's original target audience's concerns. As a GAY man I am disgusted that our space is once again taken over by women both biological and trannies. I am constantly tapped and messaged by the same tranny who keeps asking about kik. I'm getting sick of it. Grindr owners, editors or whatever you people are I urge you to stand up for us! Stop bowing down to every tranny and woman.

11. Account banned thinking I am spam

    I request to improve Grindr system to have enhanced checks like the other dating app does. I was banned in error assuming I am spam
    Tinder/hinge/bumble all check for spam/profile photo verification account is created. That’s instant. None of the other apps bans in middle of chats. That’s very disappointing!

    On Grindr, I have been waiting since weekend. My whole weekend got spoilt. I’d like you to escalate this so that users are not left banned for long periods without violating anything! This has happened with me several times in last. Pls escalate this!

    Block a harassing guy claiming to be Asian, 37 or 38 y/o, and akways a different picture. Hits me up several times a day. Can I block incoming messages by ethnicity or age?

14. Get Rid of That Appalling Expiring Photo Option.

    Whilst I understand the rationale behind safety & privacy, the feature is extremely annoying & just a stupid one. With the number of profiles on the app, are we supposed to remember a particular person after viewing a photo of his for a few seconds for the first time in our entire life? It is as good as not sending one and that makes the feature completely redundant and useless.

    When someone shares their map location with me, keep the location map pinned for easy reference later. I don’t want to have to annoyingly scroll through lengthy chat to find the location map they shared earlier in the chat. Create an icon like the album, or allow a shortcut available somewhere to access quickly! PLEEEASE!!

    Los sistemas de rastreo automático que utiliza la Delhi ciencia para ciberataques es muy fácil que ingresen a su aplicación y los obtengan, mi perfil está siendo objeto de saqueo temo mi seguridad personal, debido a que la forma en que se infiltran para obtener datos aparentemente es muy sencilla, llevo más de 6 meses con problemas
    Con este aparato de teléfono y la primer señal fue un aviso de mi sistema de banco que se quería. Infiltrar he hecho de todo para evitarlo y ahora me doy cue ta que es su aplicacion
