Grindr needs to be just for men seeking men
Grindr will not succeed as an all in one app for hook ups. It needs to be men for men only. That is how and why I can accept to pay the ridiculously high cost for subscriptions for features that used to be free or at least free in a lower tier subscription, but that’s a whole other topic for another time. Remove fake and spam profiles
It's ridiculous that you can report profiles that are fake and send links to go to this site but yet nothing gets done about it. What's the use of having a reporting system for this if you don't do anything about it. This app has gone down hill so badly that it deters people from actually using it. Get it together Grindr

Too many ads that are too difficult to exit. I usually pay for Grindr Xtra and am still bombarded with so many ads! Using Grindr less and Sniffies more.

Price and options for subscriptions
The least xtra can have is unlimited expiring photos for the price we see your more for the money and not the your consumers. Way to expensive for very little options that aren’t even beneficial.

Users not stating they are rent boys, but then seeing my race decide to charge
Someone asking for money should state it upfront. It cannot be an afterthought once they see interest. A profile that doesn’t explicitly state it but then add it in the comments should be banned. Or have a separate Grindr section just for rent boys.

Blocking
Bring back blocking that doesn’t require you to first converse with someone. My ex lives close by and I’ve tried blocking him but can’t because he won’t answer. Which means he knows my distance just by looking at my profile but I can’t block him to ensure my safety.

Fake accounts…Subscribe to my onlyfans
The biggest pain point I’ve had on Grindr is the constant flood of fake and bot accounts. A lot of them use the same bait phrases like “subscribe to my OnlyFans.” These profiles are misleading, contribute nothing to genuine connection on the app, and honestly make the platform feel cheapened.
My short-term solution is to report and block/ hide them, but that still means wasted time and energy that I shouldn’t have to spend. The real issue is that Grindr doesn’t have a strong enough system in place to filter and prevent these accounts from being created in the first…

The grid gets limited too quickly, I can't even see all the people in my town. Hiding should not intefere with grid size. Half my grid is ads. You are making this app so user-unfriendly, just to try and sell unlimited, which is crazy expensive... I want the grid size we used to have years ago back, please, I'm already on the lookout for an app to replace this one

A veces no ponemos filtros de edad, y hay mucha gente joven que solo buscan de su edad...y gente madura que no quiere gente joven. Propongo añadir una opción o un botón, que ponga gente más mayor, o gente más joven a la hora de acceder a la grada de perfiles para filtrar gente que no nos sirve sin necesidad de filtrar por edades.

Filter for more pics
Hi there I live in South East Asia and i would say 80-90% of the profile pictures are fake, which is a big problem around here. I also noticed that profiles showing like 2 or 3 pictures of the same guy in different locations etc. is usually who he is.
So my question can you create a filter in one of your future updates to exlucde those with just one facepic in the profile. Like, make a filter to show at least 2 or 3 pictures, like Tinder does.
