Grindr sucks at this. Failure mode.
You need a way to track our interactions with violators who block/hide to avoid being reported.
I could take a screenshot but I would rather you track them down.
People in the US are getting assaulted and people in Europe are getting killed by block/hide criminals.
I have only gotten blocked by scammers who want my money or want me to buy them stuff. But it is a serious problem.
