The Biggest Pain Point I’m Experiencing on the App Right Now
One of the biggest pain points I currently experience on the app is the slow loading time and occasional lag when navigating between features. This issue becomes especially frustrating when I need to complete tasks quickly or switch between different sections of the app.
Another challenge is that some functions are not always intuitive to find. Important settings and tools can sometimes be buried within multiple menus, making the user experience less efficient than it could be. As a result, users may spend unnecessary time searching for features that should be easier to access.

Hello - You guys need to make an official post about people threatening to post nude photos of others in exchange for money. This is a serious problem and it’s causing people to turn to suicidal ideation. This is a very prevalent but preventable issue if you inform your audience of the threat. I will turn to social media via TikTok and share my story and your companies responses to my message if this is not addressed. PEOPLE ARE DYING AND YOU GUYS KNOW IT IS HAPPENING. Please be better - this can be fixed with a singular informative post.

Longer video chats
Allow for us to call someone on a video chat and let it be for more than just one minute before cutting off the feed. It’s so hard nowadays to trust a picture and with so many people trying to catfish. It’s really nice and comforting to know that I could video chat somebody and make sure that they are who they say they are. Allowing just one minute, isn’t enough time to get a feel for somebody and really get to know them and get comfortable enough to wanna meet them in person. I think it would be safer…

If you want us to use hide instead of block make it work like block when I hide a profile, it returns the next day what is the point in that it's a wast of my time and everybody else's to hide a profile if I hide someone I want there profile gone for ever and not return pring back grinder the way it used to be when it first came out in 2008 it worked great and there was no glitches i loved it back then I hate it know the platform and layout sucks

Too much restrictions. Too much ads that force me to exit & re-open the app. Can’t see who viewed me. Can’t message search results. Can’t do much.

Better account registration
You need to have better registration for accounts. Someone i talked to to photos of our entire conversation, my photos sent, and used them to find me online and got my entire background information. He is currently trying to export me for money and I just left the police station. I cant report the account that did this to me because it no longer exists
Accounts should have better age verification since i have been messaged by minors and had to report them, there is too much spam going on, I have seen an account where someone was looking for…
