3. I was thinking about buying a subscription but with all your performance issues this doesn’t seem like a good idea.

   You are so hooked up on having as many ads as possible and that seems to be the only thing left on Grindr which is working properly.

4. Do not reset the filters

   Is it possible that each time I open the app the filters stay as I set them? I am TIRED get back to the default settings and see profile I obviously have no intention to see because I have SET FILTERS.

   Each update is really worse than the previous one and there is one once a week, it's like you collectively brainstorm about how to make this app more and and more unfriendly to use.

7. Stop letting people tap album pictures

   I pay for xtra. Every time i share my album with the “view once” limit, guys have started tapping the pics so they stay in chat and can continue to view them indefinitely—completely negating the point of “view once”. it’s ridiculous.

    If youre replying in the notification UI, and receive a new notification, the reply will go to the newest notification. 3 times i have sent something to the wrong person and its just awkward..

I’d love to see a “Mood / Activity” smart filter added, where I can pick options like “Looking to chat”, “Want to date”, “Just exploring”, or “Nearby for coffee” and let the app reorder profiles accordingly.

    The app is now full of fake profiles. It would be ideal if it allowed some sort of profile verification (like other apps already do), voluntary and discretionary. But that makes it immediately visible from the grid with a badge if the photo is real or not. This is also to increase user safety.

20. Bring back ethnicity filter.

    You removed this when the news was full of race issues.

    It’s a legitimate filter to help people find what they are looking for, not everyone prefers all types, so why clog is a grid with people who do not match?

    I don’t get it. Get off the fence and serve the customers. I can go on any dating app and filter by ethnicity. It’s normal.
