3. You need font size customization

Some users are visually impaired and need larger fonts in your app. Even when I have the system fonts on my iPad or iPhone set to larger, Grindr does not enlarge the fonts because the coding isn’t sent to do so please enable pinch to Zoom or something for people with lower visibility to be able to enjoy your app better

4. Search

SEARCH is an absolutely necessary feature. The app really sucks without it. Thousands of people have requested it. You even have a post that says you completed the request....until you took it away!

Why would you not have search? What good are notes if you can't look for them?

5. Unlimited should be UNLIMITED!!!! XTRA/UNLIMITED should be worth the membership cost

Unlimited memberships should be just that, UNLIMITED... We should have unlimited free use of the "Right Now" and the "Boost" features. We pay way too much for unlimited as it is. Its called unlimited, all the features should be included at NO ADDITIONAL COST/CHARGE. XTRA membership should also come with some additional free usage over what non paid memberships may receive. Make the paid memberships worth what we are paying for them.

Простой и оперативный доступ к архивным записям полностью избавляет от лишних сомнений, исключая необходимость искать сведения на сомнительных сторонних ресурсах.

10. Digital Creator Experience

When I first launched my personal brand across multiple channels, getting images to render correctly without awkward cropping was a total nightmare. Every site seemed to require entirely different dimensions, and my promotional graphics looked stretched or pixelated half the time. Having a clear guide on banner sizes for all social media completely streamlined my graphic design workflow and saved me countless hours of trial and error. Knowing the exact aspect ratios for headers and display posts allowed me to maintain a clean, professional aesthetic everywhere. Proper visual scaling makes a massive difference!

11. How to Get Dubai Golden Visa: The Ultimate 2026 Guide for Investors and Professionals

If you've spent any time researching long-term residency options in the UAE, you've probably come across the term "Golden Visa" more than once. It's one of the most talked-about residency programs in the region, and for good reason - it offers something most other visa types simply don't: long-term stability without needing a local sponsor.

But how exactly do you get one? Who actually qualifies? And what makes it different from a regular UAE residency visa? This guide breaks it all down in simple, easy-to-understand language, so you know exactly where you stand before you begin the process.

What Is the Dubai Golden Visa?

The Dubai Golden Visa is a long-term residency permit that allows eligible individuals to live, work, and study in the UAE without requiring a local employer or citizen sponsor. Unlike standard employment or investor visas that typically last one to three years and are tied directly to a job or company, the Golden Visa is usually valid for five or ten years, depending on the category you qualify under.

This distinction matters more than it might seem at first. A standard visa usually ends the moment you leave your job or close your company. A Golden Visa, on the other hand, offers a level of independence and long-term security that has made it especially attractive to investors, business owners, and skilled professionals looking to build a lasting life in the UAE.

Who Is Eligible for the Golden Visa?

The program is designed for several categories of people, and eligibility requirements differ depending on which path applies to you:

Investors - individuals who invest a significant amount in UAE real estate or an existing business may qualify, provided the investment meets the minimum thresholds set by the relevant authority.

Entrepreneurs - founders of startups that meet certain revenue or innovation criteria, often verified through an accredited business incubator or government-recognized entity.

Skilled professionals - doctors, engineers, scientists, and specialists in fields the UAE considers strategically important, typically required to meet a minimum salary threshold and hold relevant qualifications.

Outstanding talents - individuals recognized in fields like culture, arts, sports, and digital innovation, usually nominated or endorsed by a relevant UAE authority.

Students - top-performing students and recent graduates from UAE universities may also qualify under a specific student category.

Because each category has its own documentation and verification process, it's worth identifying early on which pathway genuinely fits your situation, rather than assuming one category automatically applies.

Step-by-Step: How to Get a Dubai Golden Visa

While the exact requirements vary slightly by category, the general application journey looks like this:

    1. Confirm your eligibility category Before anything else, determine which Golden Visa category realistically applies to you - investor, professional, entrepreneur, talent, or student.

    2. Gather your supporting documents This typically includes your passport, passport-sized photos, proof of qualifications or investment, and any category-specific documentation such as business ownership records or salary certificates.

    3. Submit your application Applications are generally submitted through the relevant federal or local authority portal, depending on your specific category and emirate.

    4. Await eligibility review Authorities will review your documents and confirm whether you meet the requirements for your chosen category. This step can involve additional verification, especially for investment-based applications.

    5. Complete your medical fitness test Like other UAE residency visas, a medical fitness test is a mandatory step before your Golden Visa can be finalized.

    6. Apply for your Emirates ID Once your application is approved, you'll need to complete your Emirates ID application, which serves as your official identification document in the UAE.

    7. Receive your Golden Visa Once all steps are complete, you'll receive your long-term residency, valid for five or ten years depending on your eligibility category.

    8. Sponsor eligible family members One of the biggest advantages of the Golden Visa is the ability to sponsor your spouse, children, and in some cases parents, under your own residency status.

Why So Many People Turn to Golden Visa Services in Dubai

On paper, the process might look straightforward. In practice, many applicants run into confusion around which category actually fits their situation, what documentation is genuinely required, and how to avoid delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly formatted paperwork.

This is exactly why golden visa services in Dubai have become so popular - rather than navigating the eligibility maze alone, applicants work with specialists who understand the nuances of each category and can flag potential issues before they become application delays. A good golden visa agent in Dubai doesn't just fill out forms; they help you understand which category genuinely fits your circumstances, and prepare your file the right way the first time.

Firms like Takween Advisory work with investors and professionals to assess eligibility accurately, prepare the required documentation, and guide applicants through each stage of the process - reducing the back-and-forth that often causes unnecessary delays.

    Common Mistakes to Avoid

    • Applying under the wrong category without properly checking eligibility criteria first

    • Submitting incomplete documentation, especially for investment-based applications

    • Assuming a standard investor visa automatically qualifies for Golden Visa status

    • Not accounting for processing time when planning family relocation or business decisions

    • Ignoring renewal requirements as the expiry date approaches

Avoiding these mistakes early can save significant time and frustration throughout the application journey.

Benefits of Holding a Dubai Golden Visa

Beyond long-term residency itself, Golden Visa holders enjoy a number of practical advantages:

    • No need for a local sponsor or employer to maintain residency status

    • The ability to sponsor family members, including spouses and children

    • Greater flexibility to switch jobs, start businesses, or work remotely without affecting visa status

    • Long-term stability that supports property ownership, business planning, and long-term financial decisions in the UAE

    • Streamlined renewal process compared to standard residency visas

Is the Golden Visa Right for You?

If you're an investor, established professional, entrepreneur, or someone recognized for specific talents, the Golden Visa can offer a level of long-term security that standard UAE visas simply don't provide. That said, it's not automatically the right fit for everyone - those just starting their career in the UAE or without significant investment may find a standard employment or investor visa more immediately practical, with an eye toward the Golden Visa as a future goal.

    Conclusion

The Dubai Golden Visa represents one of the most valuable long-term residency opportunities available in the UAE today, offering investors, professionals, entrepreneurs, and talented individuals a genuine path to stability without the usual constraints of employer- or sponsor-based visas. For those wondering how to get Dubai Golden Visa, understanding the eligibility categories and documentation requirements is essential. While the process can seem complex at first glance, identifying the pathway that best suits your situation makes the application far more manageable.

Whether you choose to navigate the application independently or work with experienced advisors such as Takween Advisory, taking the time to prepare your eligibility case properly is the single biggest factor in a smooth, successful Golden Visa application.

13. App blocks or hides wrong profile

I noticed recently the app will block/hide wrong profiles. Sometimes, I still see the profile I hide right after. When this happens, I go to my block/hide list. Then 100% times that the app hides the wrong profile. If I have talked to that person, then the profile will be blocked wrongly.

17. Class Action Lawsuit

It's really time to begin a class action against these scammers. They have literally made the app intentionally unusable by flooding it with ads if you don't pay. On top of that, if you do pay, you are still inundated with spam from bots with no evidence of actions being taken to prevent or improve the experience all while continuing to increase the price, which coincidently seems to garner even more spam messages. They offer no way to see statuses on reports made and will even prevent you from reporting accounts if you've reported too many issues, which makes dealing with problem users almost impossible.

18. Old Stones, New Numbers

Europe's built heritage rarely sits still. A medieval square in Bavaria hosts a Christmas market one month and a wine festival the next, and the buildings around it absorb whatever the local economy throws at them. Spa towns built for nineteenth-century aristocrats now cater to weekend travelers chasing thermal baths and cheap flights. Somewhere in that shifting economic backdrop, Germany betting market growth has become one more force reshaping how historic districts fund their own upkeep, alongside tourism boards, heritage grants, and private investment. The money doesn't always announce itself. It shows up in restored facades, in renovated arcades, in the quiet renegotiation of what a town square is for.

Baden-Baden is the clearest case. Its colonnades were designed for strolling, not spending, yet the building that anchors the promenade has always depended on visitors with disposable income. Germany betting market growth over the past several years has fed into a broader pattern of leisure spending that towns like this one have learned to court rather than resist.

The casino there, opened in the early nineteenth century, is often treated as incidental to the town's identity. That undersells it. Dostoevsky wrote there. Marlene Dietrich called it the most beautiful casino in the world. But the building matters less as a gambling venue than as a hinge point where German romantic architecture met a continental leisure economy that Germany betting market growth continues to influence today.

Move west and the pattern repeats with different actors http://amerikaanseonlinecasino.com Monte Carlo's Belle Époque skyline exists because a principality needed revenue and found it in a walled garden of chandeliers and marble staircases. The casino funded the opera house next door, which funded the orchestra, which drew composers, which drew more visitors. Heritage, in that sequence, was never separate from commerce. It was commerce's byproduct, preserved because it happened to be beautiful.

Venice offers something stranger. The Ridotto, opened in 1638, is often cited as the first public gambling house in Europe. It closed in 1774, reopened as a museum piece, and now sits inside a palazzo most tourists photograph without knowing its history.

That gap between what a building was and what it has become is where cultural heritage actually lives. Nobody visits the Ridotto to gamble. They visit to stand in a room that once decided, night after night, who in Venice kept their fortune and who lost it. The stakes are gone. The architecture remembers them anyway, in the worn thresholds and the gilt that never quite stopped catching light.

I cannot go on a date with someone unwilling to take at least some COVID precautions, which makes Grindr near-unusable for me and other COVID Competent people.

Being able to filter by COVID precautions (Nasking Indoors, Regular COVID Testing, Avoiding Crowds) would allow CC folks to make much-needed connections.
