To be warned at least 1 time if you're going to get banned. Sometimes you don't know what you're doing is wrong,and you can't fix it.
If you're going to get a ban, I believe you should be warned before so you can atone and fix it, since sometimes you don't even know what you're doing is wrong. Just one strike to get a chance to fix it and not to lose your account forever.

Require health records be verified in the system to be on grindr.
Of course you all have the option but anyone could choose the desired health status to get what they want.
There is still a level of privacy. User's can still be on the sight otherwise but they cannot fill out health information and it be plastered unless it's verified. This isn't just for hiv it needs to be for all stds.
As of lately, I fear community health is all we have. I haven't weighed the pros or cons of this action but it would help our men and women a lot.

Unsend pic is a must have for free for a lot reasons, some of those being protections against blackmail, our own protection and simply just changing our mind.
Or at least let us send unlimited expiring photos

Fix ban appeals
Stop lying to your users about using bans as a last resort and having human evaluations for appeals. Both of these claims that you’ve made are demonstrably false. Stop banning people who don’t violate the guidelines and crack down on the cesspools of fraud and abusive behavior that take place on your app constantly.

Temporarily becoming invisible
It would be fab, to be able to ‘pause’ your account whilst undergoing treatment for STIs. The profile will not appear on the grid, in chats or in favourites. We could mark profiles we have hooked up with and then when ‘pausing’ our profile this triggers an anonymous message to recent sexual partners within Grindr.

Add Education profile field and filter
For those using Grindr for dating, it would be nice to have an Education profile field that we could filter on. Choices like "High school", "College", "University", etc. would help find matches that are more likely to be compatible.

Discreet app icon update
The point of a discreet app is not be something random but all the options have hearts or something to do with dating. Can we create more options or maybe lets users generate icons by selecting a single emoji or from a selection of preconfigured icon.

Local business owners could pay a premium fee and receive a special icon and thus be able to promote their businesses on here many other apps do it I don't know why it's not allowed on here and plus an ad for something local is a lot easier to swallow than social media and video game ads that you guys are currently running

suicide after banned account
it helped with my mental health before but now they are the ones who destroyed me.
