  2. Grindr Free Restrictions Are out of control

    Ok. The last thing you did was putting a barrier to fresh page and tying it to the Grindr extra. Now free users can only speak to first 6 people close to them on fresh page. Cool. We got it. But you’re so really desperate to make me switch to extra. You totally lost your minds and now not allowing me to block people who last viewed me. Wow. What a pathetic way of forcing people to pay for your overly priced app. At this point I guarantee you you’re just gonna lose customers. I could even design a gay…

  4. Blank profiles by gps

    GPS location sets which profiles I see. 50% of those profiles are Blank. Thus I block them so I can only view those which have a profile picture.

    I dont wish to permanently block these people. They could be great, but shy, individuals. Yet without a paying membership I do not wish to take up my contactable peeps with those blanks....
    See what im saying? I'm blocking 10-20 people per day..permanently blocking... thats not right.
    There should be a feature to remove blank profiles from the list of those in your area.. and to disable blank profiles from contacting you…

  5. Limited amount of photos stored in Profile.

    Just what my headline says. It is frustrating when I have to re-upload photos I’ve used in the past.

    There should be at least 200 characters for user names because 15 characters is not long enough. It’s just ridiculous.

    A way to prove and verify your age and no way to change your age. Grindr is for adults only. And to prevent ppl from thinking who are look young are really the age they say they are when ppl think they look under than they are

  8. Choose chat back up time.

    Would be nice for users to be able to choose the chat back up time. I work nights and my phone is hardly connected wifi or plugged in, as to meet the requirements for it to back up. Therefore it never gets backed up.

    "Accepts NSFW photos" doesn't appear on profiles anymore even though the filter still exists. What's the point? Fix your broken app properly!

  14. I’m seeing other tops or seeing other guys or trans women I’m not compatible with.

    I am looking for trans women and I find other people looking for trans women. Barely any trans women all tops and I’m a top so it kinda makes using the app pointless.

    If we want to search for hiv positive profile only we should be able to filter them from rest of the profile instead of going through every profile

  16. Get rid of the "say something" window

    Please PLEASE get rid of the "say something" window. It's pushy, really annoying and utterly pointless.

    Removing the keyboard and "say something" bubble every single time I view a profile is beyond tedious. Did anyone actually check/yest this before rolling it out?

  17. User Verifications

    There was an old site years ago that would assign each profile an Internal Number. They requested you to take a selfie with that number written on a sheet of paper. They then verified the user to that account. These catfish profiles are OUT OF HAND!

  19. UI Degradation

    Please stop changing the UI to be so similar to other (mostly failed) dating apps. Today's UI change makes Grindr look and feel a bit more generic.

    Should be aloud to message and talk to more profile in my town only getting to talk to profile 2miles away is stupid as hell like make it to where if there in the same town then you can chat with them no cut it of a 2miles away that stupid if this don't change I'm deleting Grindr for good cause it's bullshit
