Grindr subscription
If you make the app subscription more affordable, people will pay not to have the bad glitchy version of Grindr.
$3-$5 a month is affordable. That’s worth the price of the features. $60 a year.
Not $10 a week or $35 a month. No one can afford that. Especially not the down low guys that make up a majority of your app6 votes -

Photos must be current - 12 months
User photos should be held to a 12 month rule where all photos posted on profile must be taken with the last twelve months (reference EXIF data), and photos could be watermarked with the date they were uploaded and or taken

Filter for Trans and CD’s
Grindr costs more than my gym membership yet even on an unlimited subscription members cannot filter out trans, CDS and straight fetish couples from view. As a gay man who is only interested in men I and many others find this offensive and disrespectful to who we are as gay men!!!
My membership costs should not include me being subjected to or Grindr trying to sell me on dating “women” cds or make members vulnerable to straight couples who fetishize gay men… There needs to be filter options to block out members from seeing these individuals per our own dating…30 votes -

Setting to Require a Message be Attached to All Taps
Create a setting that when a tap is sent (and maybe an extra setting for only someone you have not chatted with before), it requires a message be attached to it.

One subscription option
Too many subscription options
One version of Grindr for a reasonable monthly substription like it used to be. I find it ridiculous of all the option it’s a bore.

Profiles
When creating a profile, it should be mandatory to complete at least the statistics section. It made finding what we want a lot easier.

Make this feedback system more evident on the app
This feedback tool should be made simpler to access and more self evident on the app. If you are truly trying to improve, it shouldn’t be hard to figure out where to give your feedback. If more people accessed it, you would get more meaningful vote tallies and would know what the real pain points are. Also, combining similar ideas would lead to a better app as well. Ten topics which ask the same thing with each ten votes would mean one unified topic with 100 votes…
