Put a section in the profile so those looking for fellow "content creators" can let others know.
Lots of people started making adult content on OF, JFF, etc these past few years. Pit a section (that is seachable) in the profile so people can share if they are looking for that kind of hookup. I make adult content and would love to be able tonsearch and see if someone in my area is looking for a costar.

Profile videos or loops
There would be a positive change if we could see each other in motion. We still have to use a lot of our imagination to guess what people are actually like by seeing their pictures.
Motion would let us show a much more accurate image of ourselves and would be more similar to what it's like to meet in real life.

Unpaid user views all profile
One issue is exist in the grinder app
Issue-> if user click in fresh module of app one by one he swap more than 13 profiles than he views Xtra paid user profile around 600
Steps to generate a issue
1. Log in to the app
2. Go in fresh module
3. Click a profile an swap the profiles one by one
4. After that unpaid Xtra user view around 600 profile

now a days grindr becomeing very famous for dating and making community friends. if u need more users then increase and allow user to view more profiles so that it will help as advertisement for u.

Position Albums
Often times I'll send my album to, let's say, a top. They get unnecessarily upset that there are frontal nudity pictures. I have to remind them I am a dude and that is something I have and that they didn't specify in their message "pics?" That i was not to send those. The option for a few albums would be very helpful. ......for them.

Everyday I see profile pics of guys literally butt naked on my main page. When I try to update my pic wearing lingerie, it says it is against guidelines. Get this shit together!!

I think the cost of opening a soft-weight member system is higher than that of other platforms, and the price difference between Xtral and unlimited is doubled. The resources currently charged to users are not of considerable value. It is recommended to adjust the cost between the threshold, and even the price should be more affordable.

Pic TOS NOT applied evenly
Grindr claims to evaluate all pics according their TOS. I was assured by Seyers that any profile reported that was violation containing nudity or sexually suggestive poses would be handled; however, the Grindr "guard dogs" have neglected to remove any pis posted that were reported; however, they have nearly a 90% rejection rate of my pics which are not sexually suggestive nor are they nude.
It leads me to believe that Grindr has a blacklist to harass users that have try to abide by the TOS and that I have been singled out.

need FULL control over ALL chat sounds (sent and refresh)
We can change and turn off SOME sounds like new chats, but can't change or individually silence the chat refresh sound or the annoying sound when every message is sent?
Really needs expanded to allow full control of every sound that Grindr makes. turn on or off any of them, customize any of them to be a new sound. it's a very "all or nothing" approach now that leads to missed messages.15 votes -
Twitter profile tag
A tag for users to add to their profile to signal that they might be on Twitter, without needing to say it in their bio or link their Twitter at the bottom of their profile and risking having weird people follow their Twitter.

Add an option for MPX vaccination status
As more and more people are being given access to the MPX (Monkeypox) vaccine, it would be great for safety, stigma-reduction and uptake to have an option to indicate your MPX vaccination status, for as long as this illness remains endemic in our community. We need to protect each other, especially where we can't rely on our governments to care about queer health, and this would be one extra tool to enable us to look out for each other.

Remove dark veil on profile pictures
On profiles, pictures are darken to ensure legibility of white text, which adds unnecessary blur. Please let the pictures shine as intended by the user and stop adding a black layer. (You could use shadow on the font instead.)

The french version uses "sex" to mean "gender".
The french translation of the app should replace "sexe" on profiles with "genre". To most people those are the same answer, but there is a distinction, and it's weird to read "sexe: non-binaire" (sex: non-binary), as that's a concept that exclusively involves gender (non-binary doesn't mean intersex, at all).
