  1. Reporting a friend who died

    Recently a friend of mine died but his profile is still “there”. I’m not family so i do not have access to official papers to prove it. What can i do ?

  3. filters needed

    Make a filter to only show men 50 miles away or less as this is Grindr and it started as a gay app I would like to only see Men not trans or females in my search also make a std filter to show negative negative on prep poz or poz undetectable in the search. Also make a host or travel filter and a has a vehicle or not filter would be great too as well as a multiple block by holding down on there pics would be great to make room for my type vs going one by one

  4. Multiple accounts created by same person

    I’m being harassed by the same people using different profiles. This has been on going for about two years. Now it’s becoming completely annoying, I can’t trust anyone, and feel as if they may be personally stalking me whether out or my home residence. This has gotten completely out of hand.

    Regarding the pictures
    For example, if an idea is applied regarding personal photos so that the photos are taken through an exclusive Grinder lens, such as the idea applied through the snap camera, so that the photo is taken at the same time, we suffer from the fake photos that are stolen from social media applications

  8. Sent Location to Maps App

    This will make the app much more like Jack’d.
    When using Jack’d, I was able to open the maps from a tiny text link in the lower right hand corner.
    Once clicked it opens your primary app for maps.
    I don’t know why but when on iPhone - Grindr doesn’t open the maps, but on Android it does. When my phone is about to die I want to locate or navigate prior to advancing to the host. Can you please implement this in the next few updates?

  10. I would like to know the total number of views I’ve gotten per user instead of only showing recent.

    I would like a count of how many times someone has viewed me It would also be nice to be able to verify users so that profiles can be easily recognized as real

  11. Block by entering a persons info

    I want to be able to block my ex from finding me every few weeks. There should be a way to enter his phone number or email to allow me to block any account existing or created with those. That way we don’t have to go through the same person doing this over and over again with new accounts. Even though changing emails and phone numbers is possible, it would make it much more inconvenient for them. Plus it is secure because I’d be putting information in that I had outside and not procured from grindr.

    A setting to only receive push notifications from your favorites. I don’t care if BigDaddyGen45 sent me a photo; I just want to know when my favorited accounts send me a message.

  13. Message Requests Inbox

    Accounts that don’t fall within your filters should be put into a separate requests inbox that don’t have any notifications. The message will still deliver to the recipient as usual, but it will stop me from having to delete messages from people that don’t read bios / blatantly ignore them.

  17. Pics should expire or not be able to be stored on another users device

    Pics should expire immediately after being viewed or atleast they should be not be able to leave the app. Too many pics getting sold to create fake profiles, fake id's and identity thefts

  19. Ask to allow screenshots

    Grindr shouldn't let people screenshot the pictures you send them right of the bat. If the reciever tries to screenshot, the sender should be notified and asked if he wants to allow this person to do so throughout the conversation or if he wants not to allow him. There should also be a button to reverse this decision.

    So maybe you could have ratings for each profile, so ie if you meet you can confirm the person is
    1 real
    2 decent
    3 good personal hygiene
    4 Reliable

    Etc

    Just an idea, more guys here havevtrust trust trust issues not knowing the photo is actually them and if there even trust worthy.
