Mercury in retrograde

People who hide their distance should still show like a 20 mile or so range so you can tell when messages are from people who are far away and scammers

let us be able to send gif. files from our phones and computers
the ability to send personal gif. file from our storage on both mobile and pc.
i know you can send giphys but thats not what i want to send. i want to send romantic erogenous selfie slide shows with proper tongue and cheek movement as a gif. file.i mean for real how have yall not added gif. sending in chats yet grindrs been out for centuries

Use correct German
Please correct your German translations. I would do it for free in future. “Big” in context of body type in Grindr is incorrectly translated to “groß“, which just means “tall”. What is needed here is “kräftig“ (preferred translation) or „stämmig“ (means stocky).

MAJOR SECURITY RISK
Grindr Is a major security risk to the safeness of users and people within the community. Ever since I started using the app men have been using my images as their profile pictures to both sell drugs and suggest sexual activity. Sometimes catfishing young men and luring them to locations. I believe the only way the company can come together to solve this issue is to REQUIRE a MANDATORY security process for anyone using face picture images. Allow Discord for social
Anyone who knows about Discord, knows it's a great app. For me it's the best messaging app. So I believe adding Discord to Grindr would be a great idea. Grindr messages doesn't always work, and its really embarrassing to use in public. Wrongly being flagged
Please attach evidence if being labelled with harassment. Just sending a notification that you have been labelled and wil lbe blocked is harassment.This way people can intimidate you by flagging you without any evidence.
If Grindr really is all about protecting people then don't send a notification without checking the evidence. You are actually harassing innocent accounts that way.4 votes -

Unfair Photo Verification
My photos were not accepted and I was told it was too provocative. I had clothes on but I see that others are showing rear naked buts. That’s not fair at all when you have someone to judge your photos and not being unbiased. A thong should not be excluded in the photo option as sexual conduct. They have those models in clothing magazines. This person was accepted - why?

Forced answer to continue
What about forcing users to answer at least the first message he receives from another user in order to continue using the app? I hate the fact nobody answers even to say “Not my type”.

I think there should be a way to restore all messages, and photos saved when getting a new phone. I noticed you can only restore messages.
