Into category and filter
We need a category where we can select what kind of people we are into like muscles into twink or twink into chub or chub into chub thing and turn the feature into a filter to so like if you want you can only see people that are into you.

Too many ads, too many glitches
I get an irritating unskippable ad every single time I’m on the app after doing something else, for the app to consistently bug out and glitch. It’s not right. With the amount of ad revenue you generate, the app should operate more smoothly. I shouldn’t get notified about a message AFTER I have viewed and replied to it.

photo escrow
Trading photos is a pain. There's always a debate about who is going to send theirs first. There should be an escrow option to send a photo but that photo only gets unlocked to the recipient if they have put a photo in escrow too. Both photos unlock simultaneously. Fair trade.
The notification could say, "this user has chosen photo escrow to trade photos. If you wish to unlock send a photo too and both will unlock simultaneously.”
This would reduce abuse in photo soliciting and trading, which causes strong negative experience in users that fall victims to photo abuse.

Videos temporales
I would like that the videos that are sent directly cannot be screened or recorded, but rather that they are in a hidden mode such as albums, but with the sense that it is something that is recorded at the same time, therefore privacy is required

Grindr needs to have some type of Legacy contact info to help disable content of a deceased member. Seeing someone’s profile after they pass
Seeing someone's profile after they passed away can be quite shocking and disconcerting, There should be an easier way to alert Grindr of someone's passing, so that profile can be disabled quietly and respectfully. Neither a person's content, or their family should ever be affected by the Grindr profile. It's not a point of pride it's just a point of respect. Granted, I could see how someone might try and use this in a malicious way, but with proper proof someone should be able to submit information that Grindr can easily follow up and find out if it’s true and…

Fetlife accounts and Grindr
Why isn't there an option to share links to existing fetlife.com accounts like there are for other social media sites? Seems like an obvious choice for this app, and would allow people to view ALL of a person's kinks without any 10 Tag strictures. This would make it easier for users to match up with each other based on common interests.

There should be an option to select distance range which you are looking for as without it you chat with far off people who actually cannot even meet due to distance
