Face verification like Tinder
Make an AI that verificates face photos with your face to have verificated profiles, just like Tinder does. It would make the app safer.

HSV (Herpes) and more disclosure options on profiles
I would love to have an option to disclose being position for HSV 1 without typing it out in my profile.
That sort of disclosure being “Grindr-sanctioned” would take a huge weight off the shoulders of so many who suffer from the shame and stigma of this virus, even though nearly half of Americans have HSV 1 and one in five have HSV 2.
Grindr has led the way in normalizing disclosure of HIV status and reduced so much of the stigma and shame associated with that virus. Can it please do the same for HSV (Herpes)?

Report doesn’t work anymore
The report button doesn’t work anymore. I have reported some accounts for being racist and they are still there. And some accounts for threatening me and they are still there.

Age filter to show people who do not display their age
When applying the age filter, this is removing people who have chosen not to publicly display their age. This did used to be if you set this to between ages, but it now does this even when you only have an upper age limit.
The filter needs to include all people even if their age isn't on public display and entering your age even if hidden, should be mandatory to allow these filters to work as other apps do. Remove all Ads
This app is failing big time. Not only are women, fake accounts and bots all over it but now you have to sit through long stupid ads. Every time you press x it pulls up another ad. Its ridiculous. Remove the ads or at least one x and they gone. And remove the ad countdown.

Tags visible for all countries please everyone vote
Hi everyone, it's been a while since Grindr introduced tags in selected countries like Germany, Italy, USA, etc.
But in other regions we are ignored and still unable to use them. Could you please vote so this feature can be extended to all countries?

Sexual partners STD tracking and notification.
A voluntary system encourages you to record your sexual partners within grindr. Maybe when you meet up you scan a QR code, that then logs that those two users have had contact, in the event that one of those users contracts an STD they can click a button that notifies the other user/s they have tested positive. Because honestly trying to remember every guy you slept with with and find them on Grindr again to let the know isn't easy. This also alleviates the need for those awkward conversations. Flakey guys
I think guys should be able to rate other guys when it comes to meeting. If they constantly flake or lie alot. It's a feature that would warn the community. To prevent others from wasting their time. A percentage so to speak. They could always raise this up by meeting guys on time and asking for a good rating?

LANDSCAPE
Landscape mode - can't use a keyboard without the app rotating into landscape. And this is a chat app, the keyboard makes a difference in user satisfaction. I had to connect from my mac to be able to use one. Having an Ipad Pro with the smart cover (that includes a keyboard and trackpad),

Modification to discreet app icon
Even after choosing a discreet app icon but still when any notification comes , it shows that it is from Grindr and if someone clicks on that discreet app icon ...The word Grindr appears on the lock screen page instead of that discreet icon. So, if that happens then what is the use of providing discreet icon ?
The whole purpose people opt for discreet icon is that they don't want people to know that they are using "Grindr" but even after choosing discreet icon this word appears14 votes -

No deberian dejar publicidad para dejar de usar la app, es muy invasivo los anuncios de las últimas actualizaciones, por lo menos aguanta en una esquina pero que la app no deje de funcionar ya que es demasiado invasivo e insoportable ver un anuncio de 30 segundos sin poder quitarlo.

Remove from grid without blocking the profile
Remove from the grid without blocking the person.

Relationship status
We can all be married now so there should be a "Widowed" option for those of us that were married and lost our spouse... most other dating apps have it as an option for the relationship status. Even Scruff has it as an option.

Social media verification
Force users to verify that a social media account is actually theirs. It would make it more difficult for catfishers to scam people.
